I was at this location today 06/18/16..l ordered a three piece with a biscuit.. my food was placed in a plain white box and then placed in a black plastic bag that you can get from the corner store.the hot sauce was a generic brand. I was shocked..nothing said Popeye's but I was charged Popeye's prices.Extremely displeased with my experience.. I feel that just because this location is in the "ghetto" and no one complains, the corporation will continue to treat us as a "ghetto"..by the way the manager in no way apologized for the packaging of the food..he just shrugged his shoulders when I brought this matter to his attention. I will be sending a letter of displeasure to the corporate office and will never eat there again..oh by the way I gave my meal to a homeless person..I will spread the news about this establishment to all my family, friends, and coworkers..shame on you...

My food was ready, just sitting there, and they made the driver wait over 20 minutes to bag it up. Twenty minutes. To put a box in a bag. What are yâall doing back there? Performing a seance over the chicken?
The staff attitude is unrealâconsistently rude, dismissive, and borderline hostile. Itâs like asking for basic service is a personal insult. And more than half the time, they donât even get your order right. No sauce, wrong sides, something missing, itâs always something.
Itâs wild how a place can be this incompetent and still in business. At this point, itâs less of a restaurant and more of a social experiment in how much customers will tolerate before...
Read moreAs a first time customer of Popeyes, I can definitively say that this will be my last. I've never felt so disrespected. I understand how difficult and stressful working in the food industry is--I've been there. But this was unacceptable. I wanted two 4 piece chicken combo, so that I can get two drink and two sides. After several attempts at trying to make me to order something that is "easier" for him (an 8 piece family meal PLUS a drink), I felt like I had no choice but to say yes or keep wasting my time. Ironically, he did not add the drinks to my order. Furthermore, he gave me cajun fries instead of cajun rice, which I had ordered. When I told him he gave me the wrong side, he very condescendingly tried to convince me that the mistake was mine, that I did not know...
