I am disgusted and disappointed. I felt discriminated against and I am a rewards member and a paying customer. I placed a mobile order for pick up at this location. When I came in I gave them my name and this gentleman told me 3 mins. I was 3 mins early but there was no one in front of me. I decided to order a large strawberry lemonade as you can see on the receipt. I was unable to get the drink right away so I sat down with my 3 year old daughter. They never called my name to tell me my order was ready. I decided to get up and seen my orders to the side of the register. I wasn’t greeted properly nor was I informed that my paid orders were ready for pick up. As I sat and ate, I completed the necessary steps and put my validation code on the back of my receipt so I could retrieve my free 2 piece chicken and a biscuit. I was confronted by this man Bilal, who told me 3 mins initially when I came into the establishment. He told me no. I said no what?! He said you have to use it next time. I said no, I filled out the survey, showed him my validation code and stated that I’m entitled to my 2 piece chicken and a biscuit. He took my receipt and went to the back. I moved to the side. He came back and stated that I need to purchase another large drink in order redeem the items. I explained to him that I’ve done this survey before and this is not how it works. He refused to give me the 2 piece and a biscuit. At this point my 3 year old was fussing so I had to excuse myself . I told him I would be reporting him for being discriminating. He was nasty and disengaging since I came in. This is HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL AND RACIST. THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am a frequent customer at Popeyes and I enjoy all the locations I have visited but this one was the worst! Shame on this franchise for their POOR CUSTOMER...

I was going to order a 4 PCs chicken but the cashier thought i said 12pcs. (26.12$) Doesn’t matter, we can just cancel and refund right. But they didn’t say anything to tell me they are going to work on the refund, the cashier just mumbled “shit” and start working on someone else’s order. After two costumers then ask me to step aside and still didn’t tell me they are working on the refund. So I thought they are not going to serve me, because I waited so long already and nobody say anything to me. I walk out and say “that is”. (I didn’t know my credit card go through already) Then they started to get mad! I don’t understand, what attitude ? And they try to refund me 26$, oh boy, with that attitude?
