Hello , Usually, I don’t bother myself to make comment about services I received. I just buy my stuff And leave but yesterdayI went to buy some jewelry at king plaza around 4-6 pm and I was standing by the stand and the lady was helping another client which I get it and understood, since I Do this job helping customer when they come by or get something. however since I walk in she never acknowledged my presence, no word saying she will be with me in a sec or minutes all I know is I was standing there for almost a good 20mn to 30mn What annoyed me, was she was helping only one client which was taking her sweet time, I’m not saying she should pressured the client but I was at this 🤏 to go to Zales that’s where I usually get my jewelry, and I wanted to try these, and while she was helping me she walk away helping some new people who came couldn’t she done the same for me, with the first client? Maybe I’m crazy bcs I had so much time that I selected all jewelry I need it, which prove how much time she before helped me, and while she was helping me she walk away to help another persons who had just came, when she could’ve done the same for me. she wasn’t rude, but the welcome energy wasn’t there, and the good services, however I am happy with my selection, I got a few prices of necklaces, bracelets, also some...

There was somebody doing paperwork at the counter and didn't even lift their head to see if there was someone there,she eventually acknowledged me and asked what I wanted and I asked about anklets, she asked what kind and I told her and she pointed 👉 at them and went back to her paperwork and didn't offer to take them out to show me, I felt like she wasn't interested in selling jewelry. I walked away as she was unprofessional and disinterested in making a sale. No wonder brick and mortar stores are going out...
