Kung Fu Tea — Restaurant in New York

I visited this establishment an hour ago, my husband and I placed our orders and asked the server if it was possible that we get some hot water as I had my two month old with me and I wanted to make her a bottle. The server asked his staff member next to him(presumably the manager) if it was ok and he said NO!!!!! It made me furious as I was a paying customer. They said policies prohibits them from doing such, if so PLEASE REVIEW YOUR POLICY!!!! UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! I will not continue purchasing...

I placed an online order for delivery, the trip would’ve been MAX 30 minutes. TWO HOURS LATER and my drinks still haven’t been delivered. I placed my order at 7:46pm, the workers waited until an hour later at 8:44pm to message me that they are out of matcha milk and request me to choose a new drink and rush me to select a new drink. Placed an online order on the app, and when I went to pick up, the customer service was terrible. Took over 10 minutes for the workers to even acknowledge me after repeatedly saying excuse me at the pick up station once they were already at the pick up calling for other orders. Barista making the drinks had AirPods in and was not aware of her surroundings at all. The female barista would look at me and not acknowledge me asking for assistance.
