Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I recently visited the Popeyes on Queens Blvd and was really impressed with the overall experience. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the food lived up to Popeyes’ reputation for flavor. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned, and the sides were served hot and delicious. Everything tasted like it was just made, which made the meal really satisfying.

Food at this location is usually clean door dash and the location is a hit or miss, been trying to call the location for a while now becuase they told me to call back so they could put the missing items on new order but there phone has been off the hook for a while when driver got there i made driver put phone on with manager asked if they could take my card since they said the other manager wasn't there so I was going to ask to charge my card again because I still needed those items, manager hung up on me and was not helpful with missing items. All that had to be done was let me know and I would had had the money refunded vs going through hoops and telling me to call back next time to get credit. Again I'm not unreasonable but making sure orders get to guests correctly would be nice and if not just take ownership since the ball was...

I waited so long for this Popeyes to open, I went here everyday to check if they had opened. I even added this place on Google maps along with some photos pre-opening. I finally got to try their food two days after their grand opening and what a let down. Fries were so old, they were dark, dried up and hard to chew. Biscuits were dry inside and out, and chicken seemed like they were fried many hours ago. The only thing that was decent were the chicken tenders but I won’t go here just for that.

Even the interior/floor looked/ smelled dirty/greasy already. They were literally just opened two days ago and this is how they operate their business??
