I had a stretch and sound session with Laura. I had no idea i wasn't stretching properly until she got a hold of me. The space is small but comfortable and has a nice vibe. Plants everywhere. Laura was thorough in explaining the process.

If you have never had a stretch session and you are anything like me, you're going to have e to learn to give in. The whole thing rests upon your relaxed body and giving control over to Laura. After a few moments I kinda got the hang of it. Though I'd resist (not on purpose) Laura was kind and patient. I will say prepare to breathe deeply cause you will feel some of those stretches (you will appreciate it after, trust me).

The sound bath was lovely. She really know how to bring out a beautiful sound. I was a little toooo relaxed as I fell asleep for a moment. Lol.

I was given a little homework to do for my ankles and calves where she noted the most tension. Which i appreciated.
