Stopped by with my family (table of 4) for a Monday night dinner and we had a great time! The restaurant is very well decorated and has a lot of seating options. There are booths and tables available. The chairs are also super plush and comfy! There is a full bar and a few booth seating tables in the front section of the restaurant. In the back is a larger dining area that is capable of holding larger parties. Also there is a party room available! The women's bathroom is also super clean. There is a large counter if you need to touch up your makeup and a large full length mirror for outfit checks.
I had the Lychee Martini, which was recommended by the staff. It is one of the most popular curated cocktails there and I can totally see why! It's not overly sweet. My brother enjoyed the malt beer from Suntory. It's a specialty beer there as only a few restaurants in NYC have it!
As for the food, my family and I ordered the Fried Calamari to start. It's lightly fried with some peppers and crispy shallots. One of my favorite things of the night! For the entrees, we shared the Spicy Sichuan Cumin Lamb, Mongolian Beef, Triple Delight Pan Fried Noodles, and the Snow Pea Sprouts sauteed with garlic. The Spicy Cumin Beef isn't overly spicy but be careful because there are larger peppers on the dish. The more you eat the more the spice builds. My mom really enjoyed the texture of the beef dish. She said it was smooth and not chewy, which can be hard to achieve at home. Everything was super tasty and not salty! We were full at the end of the meal but didn't feel greasy and bloated afterwards. If you can't come for dinner, there is a lunch special available as well.
The owners, David and Vivian, are some of the nicest you will ever meet. They really know how to take care of their customers. They previously owned the restaurant under the same name in Williamsburg. Service by the staff was very friendly and attentive! Will definitely be...

4 stars, and not because of the food. So, we went on a busy Saturday night. The place was packed. We were seated, and waited a few minutes before someone came over. They set us up with water, and fried noodles, which weren't that bad. The waiter came over and took our order. We ordered chicken wings, steamed vegetables dumplings, "Orange Beef", and Mongolian Beef. The wings came out first. I got them with the spicy soy garlic sauce, they were delicious - my wife wasn't thrilled with the wings - she doesn't do spicy very well. Then the dumplings came out. Little pillows of Haven, so good. They cleared the table and then the waiter came by a few minutes later to take our order, huh!!!🤔🤔🤔. We already had ordered I said, "Orange Beef, and Mongolian Beef. He said ok, and left. About 10 minutes later, our food comes out, Mongolian Beef, and ORANGE CHICKEN, not what I ordered but ok. I told the waiter and he was willing to change my order, but I said not a problem and ate the Orange Chicken. Both dishes were really good. The food was cooked good and seasoned just right. The neighborhood really doesn't have a good Chinese restaurant where you can sit down and eat. All in all, not a bad place to eat, and they made good on the wrong order by not charging us for it. I'd definitely go back here to eat, and I am just chalking tonight up to it being a busy...
Read moreA must-try modern Chinese restaurant! Prices are pretty fair considering the consistent quality of food and service you get! All the staff are super attentive and courteous. The restaurant is designed luxuriously, giving welcoming and quality vibes. Inside is very spacious, and the bathroom downstairs is just amazingly clean and sleek. My favorite from the menu has to be the spicy rock shrimp, which never fails to disappoint.
Spicy rock shrimp $14 (5/5) - You have to give this starter a try, as it’s a game-changer! There’s a nice kick of spice in the sauce, and is a good-sized portion.
Scallion pancakes $7 (3.5/5) - good but a lot thinner than I expected. Personally I would have liked it to be doughier and chewier.
BBQ Boneless Ribs, basically char siu $11 (5/5) - really enjoyed this one as the meat was juicy and saucy; the flavoring on the ribs are sweet and salty, and comes with some chopped cabbage underneath.
Sizzling Crispy Duck $35 (5/5) - didn’t know what to expect as I never had this before. Came on a sizzling plate with lots of veggies under the duck, and ofc a bowl of rice. The skin is diff from Peking duck as the outer skin seems fried.
Half Roasted Peking Duck $35 (3/5) - skin was really crispy, but it tasted a lil bland. Came with wraps, julienned cucumbers, hoisin sauce, and a...
