Fridges seemed understocked, the food looked better in the IG post. One microwave meal has 50% of your daily sodium intake. The only lower sodium option has 56% of your daily cholesterol intake. Marketed as fresh and replaced 4x a week, but the only reason sodium content would be this high is because of preservatives.

The guy with the beard working cash register is very nice, but the red head assistant manager isn't.

Forest Hills has 2 Poke Bowl spots, is opening a salad place, has a chipotle, and many Japanese/Mediterranean options as well as Indian. Absolutely phenomenal meal prep place. Their attention to detail in the product they produce is immaculate. I could confidently say that these are some of the most macro-friendly, best tasting meals I have ever had. They go above and beyond to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, making it easy to stick to my nutrition goals. New spot that I really had no intention of entering until I saw that they had food. Never heard of this place, but noticed the health conscience vibe. Spent what felt like forever talking with the manager, John, about the company. Glad I accidentally found this place. Great meal options, huge selection, gluten free options, dairy free as well.
