UNPROFESSIONAL & IMMATURE MANAGEMENT!!! AVOID THIS STORE!!!

I have been a loyal customer here for years, but the level of unprofessionalism has reached an unacceptable point. The store is essentially run by teenagers with little to no supervision and the behavior among staff reflects that. After hearing that one of the young employees had been spreading false gossip about me in the neighborhood, I chose to step back from visiting and spending my money there. Instead of handling the matter privately or professionally, the store’s manager - WHO SHOULD KNOW BETTER - decided to confront me about it and then called me a liar when I explained what had been said. That’s not customer service, that immaturity and harassment inside a place of business! NO customer should be subjected to gossip, personal interrogation or disrespect from employees when they’re simply trying to support the local store. This experience made me deeply uncomfortable and I won’t be returning. Management needs to step in and replace untrained staff with adults who understand boundaries, respect and...

So I really like the store the products they have but because of this experience i probably wont be so happily ready to buy from them again. Petco and other major pet stores have satisfaction guaranteed, now i come to this store 1-2 a week to buy treats or food for my dig since March. And i got a new flavor of rhe vital dog food the chicken flavor, mt dog has had turkey and beef and duck. Loved all three thght this no different. I have put the food down 20 minutes 3 times a day as recommended for the past now 5 days, she is HUNGRY she puts in her mouth and leaves it behind. Its opened not one bite tho. I gotta believe theres something wrong with this batch for my hungry dog to actually spit it back out. I asked if rhey do unsatisfied returns and kif on phone said unfortunately no once open thats it. So needless to say, i wont be buying for them again cuz its just way more convenient to buy from petco that will absolutely, mind u this food is expensive and btw the whole bag is full since she wldnt eat it. i went here after reading all the good reviews about this place, and they do have a good variety of pet food. some items dont have prices on them, which was a little offsetting at first but i didnt think much of it. i bought a pack of herrings for my cat and when i went to the cashier he told me it was $20. this threw me off so i double checked with him and he told me it was because the herrings were all natural and 100% herring. i bought them anyway despite the price, but when i checked the receipt it read “calming bites”. i went back into the store and questioned the cashier and he said that he “accidentally” scanned another item instead. i wouldnt come here again after...
