Rocco's Pizzeria — Restaurant in New York

I have ordered from this restaurant over 50 times and they know it's their computer. one time I had a complaint with a hair in my lasagna. I returned it 2 days later when I found a hair they will closed. I forgot the next day and put in my refrigerator. the following day I returned it the Mexicans were reluctant to take it. I taped the hair on that box. it was 15 percent eaten. by the time they showed it to the owner or manager he said it was moldy. hey check the computer and sore that I ordered over 50 timesthis year. its only June. after a month and a half of calling about it and asking for owners I finally got one and he offered a two dollar discount. on my next order. the lasagna is $8. I never complain before. accepted the Mexicans I kept complaining because I couldn't get a manager or a discount or refund. so they tell the manager when they come and deliver. a lot of times I dont have enough money they had to pay 2_4 dollars out their pocket to pay for my meal. what a lie Iv payed all ordered food Buy credit card and cash over 50 times.. making up stories ???I tip then every time once I didn't have the tip and tippeddouble the following time. They, acting like they were doing me a big favor by paying z 1--3 beimg short on my order THAT NEVER HAPPEND giving me a two dollar discount when I had a black Mexican hair in my food. thay'should of replaced the food & more. I will never again order from someone with such ignorant service. like the owners act like I was trying to beat them out of it 6 bucks. this is after they know I've ordered over 50 times this year. if your about customer like that and you had doubt you still take care of the customer he is always right. apparently ,illigal Mexicans are right not the customer ordering $13 to $30 an arder & did 50 times this year. so this manager I told him you would lose a good customer if he didn't even go half on the lasagna. he tells me 2 dollars is a big discount. 50 orders what is at 6000 $8000.fool . if I was you I would never ordered there again its a Mexican RIA not Italian..ziti &meatba LAST ORDER THEY OVER charged a dollar fifty. what Bullcrap.I shall order.from A real Italian restaurant respects their customers and the Mexicans don't...

Okay so I was SO PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! Let me tell y'all, I was judging hard before entering. I thought they would be trash, because they had a B rating on the window and the food looked alil cold and dry... but luckily my boyfriend is not as shallow as I apparently am. Lol so we ordered one regular slice cut in half for us to share and garlic knots with pepperoni on top. When I tell you it was SOOOO DELICIOUS like Old New York pizza. Like the way pizza should be! And the garlic was so fresh I thought it was going to be drowned in garlic because that's how strong the smell was from the bag. It was the PERFECT portion of alll ingredients! My mouth was having a party! My stomach was SO grateful and NO pain after like from all my other local spots. I literally give this place 5 stars, the guy was nice, they cut the slice with no eye rolling and the cheese was flavored so good! I will definitely be going back. Very much a fan of this place. My boyfriend loves their pizza and I love their eggplant rolitini. People are nice and order are served and delivered promptly.

4 stars because I once received eggplant parm which is completely different. Because of the breading I could not eat it. I didn't complain because that was a first. It happens. But remember some people have dietary restrictions please😊 And one time my boyfriend decided to get an Italian sub....the meat was not fresh tge bread was hard. It was atrocious 😂 . Overall though food and service is good 8...
