Rokstar Chicken Williamsburg — Restaurant in New York

When I got there, the customer service is really great. The person who took my odder was very nice. Very kind and Respectful. She took her time to explain things did not rush me when I was asking questions and picking what I ordered. Now as for the food I had tried it before and it was good and that was when it was cold this time I was getting it fresh I was very excited when looking at the menu but I asked the cashier and took her recommendation for what to pick. I got the number 1 combo. The food is made fresh so waiting for it to be made is a must. The bonuses chiken is exceptional instead of using bland white meat they use dark meat which makes the chiken much more juicy. I loved the spicy chiken was actually spicy unlike other spots which don’t make there “spicy” spicy. I would give the chiken more time to rest before eating because how fresh it was it was hot spicy and perfect. Honestly, perfect...

I went here and I ordered a chicken sandwich, a few pieces of chicken and fries. It was the worst food I’ve ever put in my mouth. The chicken was under seasoned. It was so disgusting. The chicken was not seasoned…I couldn’t believe it. It looked so appetizing, but it was so nasty to the point where I didn’t even get past the chicken sandwich. I just bit into the chicken itself and it was so disgusting. What made it worse was the coleslaw. It was just not so tasty. It was just so soggy. What made it appealing was the sauce in the assembly of everything, but once I put it in my mouth, it was so nasty. I wasted so much money on that. The only thing I liked was the fries only...

i ordered cajun garlic fries but instead they decided to give me regular fries without telling me...i ordered sauce for my FLAVORLESS chicken but guess what?! NO SAUCE! the chicken was flavorless but it was crunchy and juicy so i give 2 stars...maybe if they gave me the sauce i ORDERED it would of made a difference in taste but now i will never know... online it shows their food containers being branded but if you look at the picture below i received my food in generic packaging...it really doesn't matter what the food is in but its just ine of those things that throw you off because its not what...
