Sabor Peruano 4 — Restaurant in New York

I try to give back to our community therefore, I order from my home area. Unfortunately and good for me, I ordered for the first time to check out the quality of food and cooking. I live only a few blocks away and the delivery person couldn't find my address. After a couple of calls back to me to confirm my address, the delivery person told me I didn't have the correct address where I live🤣. Finally food arrived and it was no longer hot, chicken was dry and overcooked. It's supposed to be a rotisserie chicken, not crispy black dried out, overcooked chicken.. The Chaufa tasted re-fried from a day old rice. It was hard and dry as the chicken. I'm sorry, there are several Peruvian restaurants in the area and among all of them this establishment I find it to be not worth ordering from again. They are fairly new for less than six months and truly I waited a while to order from them as to give them time to settle in.. it's unfortunate that they actually think they are cooking GREAT PERUVIAN FOOD, They are not. I hope they consider the reviews and use them to serve better quality and preparation of food....

Its a shame that I will not order from here anymore because ive had great dishes. I called because my ceviche was spoiled and I wanted them to know did not ask for my money or credit. All I hear on the phone is a man yelling in the background ranting about how he doesnt think it true that it was spoiled, how no one complained today. He kept telling the waitress a millions things. Ok estuve un día en el restaurante por q no tenía otra opción un domingo hace aproximadamente 1 mes 8 pm pido una jalea con cocacola! Cuando me la traen me dice la muchacha q debo de comer rápido por cierran a las 9 pm? Increíble la jalea nada q ver pequeña mucho pescado! Y no estaba buena no se si fue por q los domingos y lo se or experiencia son los días más ocupados en New York q me la hicieron con lo q quedaba o la cocinera la señora estaba cansada pero es preferible q le digan a uno q no hay y tampoco q le sirvan a uno algo para acisatlo por q en realidad me tocó comer lo q pude en 30 minutos y cuando le pido a la niña la cuenta q le pago con un billete de $100 dólares me trae sencillo $5 dólares como quien dice esa es la propina q ella quería y lo de le metecio no debí de darle nada de propina mal servicio! Mala la comida! Muy poco la jalea! Cara y me acosaron q ya iban a cerrar! Todo mal no volvería a este...
