Very noisy and cramped feel within, but that's only the first impression. It only goes downhill from there. How much nicer T-bar was! The former restaurant/bar at that location. Let me start off with the fact that I ordered a glass of wine and received approximately a glass that was 1/3 full. This was not a huge wine glass, but a rather small one. Not a cheap one either at about $18 a glass. Usually I receive a glass that's about 1/2 full, but not here. The wine itself was passable; just average/ acceptable...but such a tiny amount was hard to believe! I'm not a big drinker and usually one glass is sufficient. I really so so shocked to the point of being offended, that I told the waiter. He responded,"we measure out 5 Oz. per glass, but took my glass to be filled up a bit. Now on to the food. Nothing to write home about here either. I ordered a salad consisting of Brussel sprouts, goat cheese and a few other ingredients; plus added shrimp as a protein. Very carefully doled out were 7 small blackened shrimp on a large toothpick on top of the salad. The salad was OK, the shrimp gave me a feeling of everything being very sparse and rationed. Personally? I make a much, much better and more interesting salad without sparing any protein added. They used pretty small shrimp. All and all I wouldn't go, to Seamores again. The food was nothing special and I don't like to be charged high prices for being rationed substandard portions of wine ( im not a huge drinker....usually I don't even finish my one glass) and smallish/medium shrimp that have been carefully counted and measured fir size. Is there someone in the kitchen who size coordinates the shrimp? Do yourself a favor and skip Seamores. Nothing special at all, very noisy, and mediocre food/drink carefully measured with...
Read more3/12 12 noon to 12:30 when we were kicked out. Their behavior was so rude with the manager speaking to his staff right at our table as we finishing eating, telling him to hurry and clean our table working with his hands across our table. explaining to the worker what plate to watch and take next. Really, if you want your 4 person booth then us move us to a 2 person table where my daughter could finish her pancake. I have never felt so rushed, and truly kicked out in any restaurant. The service was just okay as unfortunately the waiter must have been pushed to get us out as we had came with his mobile pay before we were done eating. What is most disturbing is I had reservations and asked to be seating in a bench area that had one other chair. The booth had hard seats, and without going into detail, I have a serious lower spine issue, and prefer soft sears or padded benches. I do not recommend this place. If they over book that is their issue. We also orders two plates, and two side orders. It is not as if we did not have a sizable bill that made us...
Read moreWe went for brunch, I highly recommend the eggs Benedict with lobster. The taste was really good, I would have preferred the muffins to be a bit more toasted to avoid them becoming too soggy. I would definitely order this dish again though.
The firecracker cauliflower was incredible. A must have for appetizers here. It is a very small appetizer to share with more than 4 people.
The New England clam chowder was perfect. The shrimp and grits were good, although other dishes were better.
The dessert was churros with dulce de leche ice cream, everyone loved this one too.
The service gets a 5 star rating. They were very accommodating with requests and seating. The place is baby friendly, they have enough space to accommodate strollers. We never had to wait long for servers. The price is fair. Really happy with coming here, we will...
