Took 1 star because the jerk chicken sometimes is dry and hard. But when it's good it's good! Update: The flavor of the food has upgraded! My Jamaican co workers and I liked the food before but now we love the food! The curry goat, rice and peas, fish, jerk chicken.. so good! Better than before! Service is still good and the prices can't be beat! It's quick good Jamaican food. The best chicken patty Iā€™ve ever had. They are very pleasant and friendly. When I want home cooked food but donā€™t feel like cooking I think of this place. Iā€™m so glad they are in Staten Island. Blessings to this placeā¤ļø

+ It's in the cut on Victory Boulevard (78 Victory boulevard) is like the Las Vegas strip of Staten Island but no big lights. + It's not that many Jamaican restaurants (I am jamaican) like that on the Island you have to go to Brooklyn over there they have so many. + The sizes are small, medium and large the prices vary around $20 something plus for the large they also have Rasta Pasta. If you're hungry and want some Carribbean food on the Island stop in tell them BENNY HILL sent you!

So much better.!!!!!

Went out on a limb and tried Holland....it actually turned out to be great food!!!!! Didn't have dine in like it said so thats why I gave it a 4-star. So take it on the go and your good.!!! I had the turkey and spinach. With rice and beans... finished it all!!!. Just wish no bone with the turkey meat... remove that and just have loose turkey. That would make it better!!! So much better.!!!!!

I don't do reviews much, but my wife was craving Jamaican Food and I was not looking to drive on a weekend to Brooklyn (gas, toll, road rage etc...) I found this restaurant and being on the island I did not mind the drive. Its by the court house so weekends here parking is easy to find. Small shop only one table, mainly I would presume a to-go spot, but you can dine in as well if they have room.

Now to the food. Curry Chicken , Jerk Chicken, Rice and Beans and White rice. Baked Mac and cheese and Plantains. large plates each, everything was AMAZING..I forgot the steamed veggies also amazing!

Service was good, they let you eat in peace, and gave the occasional "need anything" which was fine. Nothing was stale, everything was fresh. Best thing for me was the food, duh!

Would I go back? YES

Would I cater a party with their food? YES

Can I close my pants right now? NO....Be careful what you ask for when they say medium or...

Another licentious mastication on Sunday after church ... I am of west Indian descent , and i love Jamaican food in all its forms. I had the ox tail with rice and peas, and an order of ackee/saltfish with rice and peas for breakfast tomorrow... The food here is authentic and delicious at a fair price point. The staff was friendly and welcoming, (dont believe the stereotype of bad/rude service = great food). This is a local joint serving local flavor to the local people!!! I highly recommend Holland Bay for casual feeding of the family and for catering your home events, when mi can' boddah cook fi'...

By far the best Caribbean restaurant takeaway place on Staten Island ever emerg ed on the restaurant scene of Staten Island. Run by handsome young man and his mom this joint demands your attention. Their dedication to the food brings out the real ethnic background of Caribbean food. Their humbleness is an added bonus. Staten Island is so lucky to have them. I used to make my way from New Jersey all the way to Brooklyn to get my fill of Caribbean food from Flatbush.This joint has divided my trip into half...
