I recently had the pleasure of visiting Build a Dream Incubator, and my experience was truly wonderful. The center is beautifully decorated, creating a serene environment that fosters tranquility and happiness—an ideal escape from daily life.

During my contouring session with Miava of Kinks ‘N Kurves, I met several friendly and knowledgeable vendors. The staff impressed me with their genuine care for each guest. Miava truly stood out; her in-depth knowledge of the available treatments gave me a sense of reassurance. She was not only warm but also exuded energy and positivity, making me feel like royalty. I walked away feeling pampered and valued.

Hala, owner and creator of this great working space, also made a lasting impression with her welcoming smile and friendly demeanor, further enhancing the nurturing atmosphere of the Incubator.

A highlight of my visit was experiencing a sound bath demonstration, which was soothing and restorative, helping to melt away my stress. I wish I lived closer so I could become a member, but I’m excited to plan more beauty treatments with Miava when I’m in Staten Island, as well as dance fusion fitness classes with Jordan. I love his bubbly personality; he is so sweet and charismatic, and I’m sure he will make exercise fun!

Beyond the exceptional service and calming ambiance, the center offers beautiful items for sale, perfect for anyone seeking peace and wellness at home.

Glad I found this great, stylish and brand-new coworking, light fitness space. The only one on Staten Island. Very affordable for its grand opening rate. (Less than $200 a month, open 7 days)

Build a Dream Incubator coworking space, near Flagship Brewery on Minthorne Lane. $15 day passes, too. Area is good, I'm there all the time.

Good for getting out of your house to do work and not have to worry about your stuff when you step away.

Open to the public, 7 days a week till 7pm for the basic plan.

It's 2 months old. Very pretty lounge areas. All the work furniture is new and comfortable.

Beautiful showers and sauna, too.

A small fitness room is available to all members when a class is not session. Not busy, with dim mood lighting. Yoga, stretching, meditating and small weights. No machines or big weights.

Some community events are free. Other events there are 1/2 off for members. Half off the cafe in front. The pantry is very simple. Just coffee, tea, water, and leftover food from events, if any.

I'm sharing this because I've always wanted a coworking space in SI, especially for weekends. So maybe this will...

Absolutely my favorite place on Staten Island!! Staten Island is blessed with this fantastic new addition.... I have so much to say... I love that I can get work done there whenever I need to, I love all the options I have as a member, such as the Saunas (Which I do as much as I can), the Fitness Room/Classes (DreamFit Event was amazing) the Recording Studio/Content Room, The Cafe, all the amazing events that we can partake in, (and I love how intentional everything is, true to the Community/Wellness Theme) I have also had a facial in one of the specialty rooms, which was awesome. I love the opportunity that I have to network, connect and collaborate with other professionals, creatives and entrepreneurs. I can go on and on, but I highly recommend you come on down and see for yourself what an AMAZING place this...
