Simon's Deli & Bagels — Restaurant in New York

I’ve been living in the area for about 7 years now. And the first 2 years the food was great! Eventually, the food started getting worst. I noticed that if you weren’t a college student. Their customer service would change drastically. It’s almost like they want you to eat what they want. If I ask for crispy bacon and cold bread not toasted. They literally do the oposite. I haven’t order from here now for a year. But here I went today! I asked for my bread not toasted , yet again. Bread was toasted and my 2 year old couldn’t even take a bite out of it. Just ridiculous. The staff does not care what they serve you. Mind you. We are the customer paying for...

Soooo dissapointed with Simons. As a Fordham student I order lunch from there at least 2 times a week. Great food and free delivery. However, today they forgot the dressing for my sandwich. I call and the girl on the phone says she will have the delivery man bring it back over. 35 minutes later..nothing, no phone call, no delivery..nothing. I call back. Explain my frustration and the man on the phone hangs up on me. I call back and he tells me that he will send it over...Another 30 minutes later still nothing. What a disapointment....Not my fault THEY forgot the dressing. And they wont even do anything to fix THEIR mistake...really bad...

Best Burgers in a 5 block radius! Burger Lodge should give up its name to this place...

Prices are reasonable, delivery is fast, food is hot and very well made. You can tell they spent time sourcing ingredients.

The Burger Buns are amazing, the Beef (should you go that route) is so good, the Bacon is cooked just right. Their Burgers, on a whole, are the best in Belmont. I'm actually glad we called.

The Chili Cheese Fries were excellent, they're spicy, and I like that!

You should also know that Simon's doesn't skimp on cheese, there was plenty. Everything tasted as if made with premium...
