I’d like to take a moment to extend a heartfelt compliment regarding two exceptional employees at your Sin City Burgers NYC location at 311 East 76th Street, New York, NY 10021. My child’s father and I stopped in for the first time on May 4, 2025, around 7:57 PM. He was on a limited lunch break, and we were unfamiliar with the area—struggling to find something quick, budget-friendly, and worthwhile.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Rich and Victoria, and I cannot express enough how incredible their service was. Rich was not only friendly and welcoming, but he was also extremely helpful and efficient. I let him know we were first-time customers and short on time—he immediately got our order started without delay. As I scanned the menu and felt a bit indecisive, Rich recommended the wings—and I have to say, it was a perfect suggestion. He even took the time to ask whether I preferred drums or flats, a small detail that really stood out. At most places, this kind of request might be met with annoyance—but Rich’s patience, kindness, and attention to customer preference were off the charts. His level of customer service truly deserves recognition.

Victoria was equally amazing. She was pleasant, professional, and genuinely attentive. Her service felt more like that of a sit-down restaurant than a fast-casual burger spot. She not only brought our food directly to us—which was a thoughtful touch—but also asked if I preferred blue cheese or ranch for the wings. That attention to detail made all the difference in our experience. When it was time to go, she also made sure we had to-go containers, showing that the team truly thought of everything.

My child’s father devoured his burger—it was absolutely delicious. We both commented on how much we loved the vibe of the restaurant and how excited we are to return on a nicer day to take advantage of the outdoor seating. We happened to stumble upon Sin City Burgers on a dark, rainy night—and we’re so glad we did. This was a gem of a find.

He works nearby and will definitely be returning on his lunch breaks, now that he knows there’s a place offering quick, fast, and outstanding service. Please extend our sincere appreciation to Rich and Victoria, and let their manager know that workers like them should never go unnoticed.

On top of all this, the restaurant also has the cutest compact Pac-Man machine, which was not only fun to play while we waited for our food, but also so small and conveniently placed. Pac-Man was a little before my time, but playing a little arcade game felt nostalgic and genuinely made me feel like a kid again. It was such a fun and unexpected touch that really added to the overall experience. This is a great place—I highly recommend it and will definitely be spreading the word!

Thank you again, Sin City Burgers NYC—we’ll...

This place left me feeling disappointed. I enjoyed the food but I also felt like they were overcharging for every little thing.

If you sell burgers you should have a combo meal available. I ordered the Temptation (medium rare). It was juicy with a good balance of salty flavor from the meat and pickle while having a certain sweetness from the caramelized onions. That being said this burger alone was $15. That’s absurd because while I did enjoy the quality, it was not a full meal. There was no combo meal available either.

Instead I had to determine if it was worth spending an additional $9 just for fries and water. It was not. They sold kid meals that came with fries and a water. Strangely a 4 piece chicken nugget meal was only $10. My friends all decided to settle for kids meals given this fact. But why are we ordering kids meals just to get an affordable full meal?

The nuggets were good. Salty, juicy, and crispy all at once. I can only imagine what their actual chicken orders taste like. The bigger issue is that they don’t provide you with any sauce. They wanted to charge me extra just for ranch. Why am I paying extra for ranch when I ordered chicken nuggets? That fact was only made worse when the fries were nothing special. Fried potatoes with salt. And what you think ketchup would save that from being mediocre?

Overall I think the pricing here is criminal. It’s a bad day when five guys has the cheaper burger meal deal. However if you have money to spend feel free to try as it’s not that bad...

Excellent burger. Very flavorful. Nice toppings to complete the package. Got the temptation burger. Cheddar, Caramelized Onions, Pickle Relish, Sin Sauce. The sin sauce must be mayo-based as it is white and liquidy. The chop pickles in the relish were a great flavor and texture element. Loved the caramelized onions as well. The bun was also excellent, fluffy and flavorful, and didn’t get soggy well eating the sandwich. The guy running the shop was very nice and helpful. Gave some suggestions on popular items the others order since it was my first time. Very small place with a few indoor seats along the window only. They did have a few tables outside, perfect for a New York summer day. I would imagine a place like this does a lot of takeout and delivery orders. If I were to do that, I might get the relish and the sin sauce on the side as it could make the burger soggy by the time he gets to you. I didn’t try the fries as they didn’t come with the burger. I also did not want them bad enough to pay seven dollars for a side of fries. They also have a few chicken options like chicken and waffles and what looks like chicken nuggets. I missed it but apparently they have cheesecake and milkshakes.

We decided to visit this place after seeing some positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, we were greeted with poor service from the staff. They seemed overwhelmed because they had just taken an order for a large group of ten people before we arrived. We were told to come back in 30 minutes. When we returned after the suggested time, we were informed that they didn’t serve beer because "this isn’t a European place." The tone was dismissive and unwelcoming. When we were finally seated, it was at a table that had just been vacated by the previous party of ten. The table was dirty, and despite our request to have it cleaned, the staff refused to do so. We had to eat with the dirty plates from the previous customers still on the table, which was both unsanitary and unappetizing. Here’s a photo of what we encountered. Given this experience, I cannot recommend this place. The customer service was unacceptable, and the overall dining experience was far below expectations. I advise others to avoid this place and seek a more hospitable place to dine.
