Overall I wouldn’t recommend.
We ordered four dishes, food was fairly disappointing, materials were not correctly processed and cooked.
Food serving was terribly paced, we waited 20ish minutes between the first two and last two dishes, though there were only three other guests.
The service was okay, servant tried to be helpful and they replaced the dish for us quickly.
Pricier than similar Sichuan restaurants, portion was small, 10/10 not worth it.
Details:
Dry fried pork intestine for example, the intestines were too thin and broken into small pieces— they supposed to be complete pieces in round or oval-shape, they were deep fried with power coated, instead of dry friend, usually restaurants deep fry it to save time, and power coat it to cover the fact that they are not fresh, all the original flavor were lost and you can only taste the seasoning.
Scallion fried rice: the chief forgot to put salt at first, the servant helped us replaced it, but the replaced one came back with too much MSG, it even feels a bit sandy, we only had a few bits and stopped eating it, the rice was long jasmine rice instead of regular rice, no authentic Chinese restaurant would cook their fried rice with this type of rices.
The other two dishes were also disappointing: soup in the pick feet soup was too heavy and tastes...

We are fanatical about szechuanese cuisine and this is the best we have had in the city. The mao xue wan, la zi ji, fatty beef in sour soup, and tofu pudding in clay pot have all been so delectable that we have ordered each multiple times. The portions are extremely generous, and the fresh oranges to end the meal are a treat. There is so much more to try on this extensive and expert menu, and we aim to try it all.
As others have said, the location is unfortunate, though imminently convenient. Hold your nose from the train to the door and you will soon forget that you were ever in...
Read moreI was not expecting this to be so good and authentic. The food is excellent quality mainland Chinese style, but with very high chef-level flavors and quality. There is an authenticity here, which reminds me of my time in China. If you aren’t used to genuine Chinese cuisine, there is a section in the menu for “American Style” Chinese, which is also very well done. Also, the wonton filling was so unique and flavorful! It's more meaty than most. Seriously, so many things on the menu are so good! Bring some friends who love Szechuan cuisine and have a great...
