Sofia Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

I ordered delivery and i gotta say packing was really neat and clean. They put each taco in their own paper plate and then in a box which is really nice cuz tacos sometimes scatter all over wen u get them delivered. Their portions are bigger for tacos (they put alot of meat inside) which is also great. I got bistec, al pastor, carnitas and all of them were freaking delicious.

On side note: they gave me lemons instead of limes ....i prefer limes but not a big deal. I've seen pics on their reviews with limes so maybe it was just that day.

Their Red and green salsa could be better. I didn't really like them. But tacos are so good that that makes up for it. If they improve their salsas then this will be the only place i order tacos from.

I wish I could not give a stat at all. The older lady who picks up the phone has an attitude all the time like she doesn’t want to be there anymore. I ordered food and the meat was old. The sauces they sent smelled so bad and were old. I called the lady to inform her not to give them out , out of courtesy and she had an attitude. Don’t come here to eat if you want to get food poisoning. I have been ordering here for such long time and they really have not been giving out the produce fresh like it should be. The woman who picks up the phone (I think she’s the owner/manager) has to be the rudest person I have encountered in food service. I used to order from here all the time and even though her attitude is such a turn off, I enjoyed the food here. But I drew the line when she hung up on me because she got impatient and basically said to call back when I stopped being indecisive. And it is such a shame, because the food is actually decent. That woman has to learn social skills and BASIC MANNERS or get someone else to answer the phone. I stopped ordering from here to avoid having to put up with such rudeness, I don’t care how good the...
