Been coming to this Starbucks since they called out customer drinks to each other. As a long time customer of over Twenty years I have seen the decline of customer service as well as drinks. The only thing that has stayed consistent enough are their Arabica beans. My disappointment comes from 1. Online orders made. My order was a Matcha latte which was delivered to me by Uber eats. Uber eats did its job successfully. Starbucks on the other hand failed to execute. My cup was 75% full of Matcha Latte where did the rest go? Oh I know it got left behind in the store to make another beverage with. Ohhhh I understand. Look I understand Starbucks may want to complain about oh we have received complaints about spillage by our customers I get it. Warning customers that they will not receive their full beverage that they pay full price for should be expressed especially since I am paying full price and not 75% of a beverage. Asking a customer if they want theirs pastry warmed or not. Assuming that all customers want a warm pastry it incorrect. I order a Pumpkin cream muffin which has also included in quality, yet is still pass able enough by me. My order was made in store because this time I want to experience their in store service. Which I was disappointed with my Muffin being warmed. When I returned with the warmed muffins to the register the employee informed me there was no more Pumpkin Cream cheese muffins left. Which then I ask for a refund. Like wow beverage and pastry they are selling here, why is customer and beverage are so latex. In all honesty everyone just seems uninterested and unhappy and just doing their bare minimum job all for their pay check. The pride in the profession and product and declined immensely in my opinion from what it use to be. But there is other coffee companies like Luckin Coffee that I will be exploring as another Coffee/Matcha option. The photos included are two different occasions that I order a Matcha latte and as you can see 25% of my beverage was left behind in the store. Never again! Don’t bother ordering save your money or this is what you get. Uber eats will not refund not one cent...
Read moreWe went into Starbucks 20 minutes before closing and my dad tried to pick up and use one of the chairs that was already on the table and “SILEY” insisted that once the chair is on the table one should not use it and so he rudely made my dad get up and put it back on the table. Secondly, three minutes before closing he was already kicking people out rushing them into and out of the the bathroom and rushing them out of the seats because they were closing to the point that he was pushing people out of the door at Starbucks. We said we are waiting for someone and he again rudely said we should wait outside. It was not just us it was everybody there that he was physically kicking up even pushing a man out of the door, and at some point we told him that we were missing one of our orders, and he insisted on closing the door on us, and I had to yell through the door to tell them that we paid for a drink but did not get it yet. At that point I told him he’s being disrespectful and my brother had to talk to him and told him that he should not let a bad day at work be projected onto his customers and he just kept nudging it off, and it escalated to the point that I told him I will report him and he knew that I was taking a picture of him and a video of him as proof of who he was, and he even had the audacity to dance while brooming inside of Starbucks to mock me taking a video of him. Minutes later as we were crossing the street outside he was even waving his hand at us, trying to make fun of us, and he even came out of Starbucks to the front door once we were already on the street to repeatedly curse us out, and that was when my brother came up to him and confronted him for cursing and being disrespectful. At that moment, a police car happened to pull up to the red light and that is when I reported not feeling safe when that guy was out on the street where such a verbal altercation can turn physical any moment. I was told by the police to report this to Starbucks, and I definitely will be and will see to...
Read moreThis location is the best example of how much Starbucks has forgotten what made them well known worldwide. Nowadays it feels like beating in the cheapest McDonald's.
Their baristas are not well trained, their only goal is to make drinks as fast and effortless as possible. I ordered an Espresso frappuccino that looked practically white and tasted like plain syrup. When I told them something was off they told me they can charge me for another. They ended up doing it again without charge, but the same, I could see how they got a lot of leftovers which means they either over milked it or over iced it.
On top of that, the place is messy and dirty; I know that is in part the fault of tourists not being clean, but that also talked of an unwillingness to hire enough staff to keep things running right.
The atmosphere is off. The A/C at the highest, likes purposely trying to make it as less cozy as possible so you leave immediately. Long are the days where Sbux was a cozy inviting place with jazz music in the background.
For such an expensive coffee, I'm expecting nothing out of the ordinary; just the same quality they...
