Subway — Restaurant in New York

I don’t normally write reviews because I’m the type of person where if the order is a bit messed up I really don’t mind cause we’re all humans and have probably made a mistake at our jobs at one point of our lives but the sandwich that my mother and I just received was just odd that I had to write a review. We went into the store and I waited outside with our small dog which I understand since dogs aren’t allowed in food services if they’re not a service dog. My mom ordered our regular sandwich but the place didn’t have any lettuce, cucumbers, or spinach (still could be a shipping order mistake but still how can you possibly not have all three at a sandwich store…) The bread was not toasted at all (we live 2 minutes away so there wasn’t a reason how our just freshly made sandwich was now soggy and straight up cold), there was no cheese despite my mom asking for American cheese. We also asked for pickles to end up getting jalapeños. The weirdest thing of it all was that instead of giving us the company napkins which are specifically made for customers to use while they eat because they’re soft, etc (which he had plenty of, they were at the register right next to him) He gave us 2 pieces of those bathroom towels (the napkins that are like made to be used to clean your hands after the bathroom, like the really sheer ones). First bring a disabled person I can't go in the store easily as there is no disabled access instead a big step is at the front door .if someone use walker or cane this store is not perfect to shop . My online order was ready but when I asked an employee Mohammad that I want fountain soda too and I will pay for it .first he told me fountain soda machine is not working and I have to take from refrigerator where soda bottles are placed . But when I show him that the soda machine is working fine he handed me a small cup for soda when I asked about the price of small soda he said $2:71 with tax . I told him I usually buy subway from 51 and northern Blvd store and there it's $2:19 +tax .any way taste of soda was something strange like machine is not cleaned for a while .same with the sandwich not close to sandwiches I got...

Whoever was working at this Subway location on 1/13/22 @ 8pm needs a training on pleasing customers and how to make a decent sandwich. The sandwich I received was dry and the customer service was poor. I like saucy sandwiches so I asked for 4 different sauces on my sandwich but the employee was being so stingy with the sauces, which made my sandwich extremely dry. I also purchased 3 cookies and asked “is it possible you can warm them up please?” He refused and said he cannot. This is the first Subway restaurant where I’ve been refused warm cookies.
