Subway — Restaurant in New York

I went to pick my order because the app said it should have been ready for pick up. But when I got there the lady behind the counter was giving me attitude because I asked her how long it would take because my order was not made yet. She gave me excuses about how my order was third in line. So I said I was going to come back in 5 minutes because she was starting my order, I actually came back after 10 minutes and she literally was giving my attitude and slamming down the sauce for the pretzels on the counter

I had an awful experience at this Subway. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. They treated us like we were a nuisance just because we were kids. The worst part was how they kept looking at us with this judgmental stare, like they thought we were going to mess up their store. It was clear they didn’t want us there. We were just trying to enjoy a meal, but instead, we felt like we were being treated like criminals for no reason. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location again. Completely...
