Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in New York

For starters they don’t have a bathroom for customers. It’s not like it’s behind the counter near the kitchen or anything, it’s separate and easily accessible by customers, they just keep it locked for them only. I don’t know why restaurants like these would not have a bathroom for customers.

The Thai wrap was really good, but the mocha smoothie was really not. It was the first time I tried it, and when I asked the employee if they could possibly replace it they said they could not because “they couldn’t do anything with it”.

I left a 15% tip for the worker(s) when I paid which is not a lot but left me with a bad taste in the mouth (literally) when they wouldn’t extend a courtesy that most...

Wanted to check this place out and wasn't disappointed. Good atmosphere, the place is very clean, the food is great quality and delicious, the smoothies are great and the staff were very professional and friendly. They have some really good health options, and fair prices which is a plus. You definitely get your money's worth. If it's gonna be your first time trying the place, I'd highly recommend the wraps, especially the chicken chorizo one it's so good. They have vegetarian options too on the menu for those interested. I'd recommend this place to anyone...

Food is good, but not coming here anymore. Went to use a coupon in the store so I went to app to use coupon. App warns you that if you use in store - that’s it - you can get it back to use a different way. Well the girl gives “get away hour” price then tells me I can’t use the code in store and I have to place a mobile order to use the free smoothie in the app… just not doing with these...
