This visit has got to be the worst experience I ever had with Subway in my life. I completed 2 transactions on the app and arrived a few minutes early to pick up my food. Just in time to watch this blond employee make my sandwiches. I ordered 3 teriyaki chicken sandwiches but I noticed the employee was using regular grilled chicken instead of the teriyaki chicken as ordered for all of my sandwiches. I addressed this to the employee and she got rude and argumentative about the chicken and even started yelling at me expressing and I quote, "this is the teriyaki! I know what I'm doing and what chicken is what!" In that moment I chose not to argue but I knew I was correct. Instead of using the teriyaki chicken, she just dumped a lot of sweet onion sauce on each sandwich in an attempt to make it seem like she was correct when in fact she was not. Another major issue was with the teriyaki blitz that I ordered. It was prepared completely incorrect and I returned to have this sandwich replaced with what I ordered. Once again, I received a lot of rudeness, yelling and aggressive behavior. I explained to the employee that my sandwich was wrong and I presented my receipt so I can receive a new sandwich with what I wanted. That was another argument with her letting me know they she did make my teriyaki blitz right. Even when showing this employee the receipt which clearly indicated what I ordered, she still argued all up until she read it for the 3rd or 4th time to finally see that the sandwich was indeed made incorrectly. I asked for a new sandwich and the employee took the old cold sandwich and was going to throw on the vegetables I ordered with my sandwich. I asked for a fresh sandwich and the employee refused acting very irritated to a point where it could be assessed as belligerent. I was very offended at that point. After all that arguing, eventually I received the sandwich that I ordered. This whole situation and transaction was unacceptable and most likely I will not be visiting Subway for this reason. If customers have to put up with the behaviors of employees like this, I refuse to do future business and will most likely visit Subway's competitors which include independent sandwich making establishments. Right away, I noticed the blonde employee making my sandwiches with plain grilled chicken instead of teriyaki chicken. When I politely pointed this out, she was incredibly rude and argued, insisting, “this is the teriyaki! I know what I’m doing,” then tried to cover up her mistake by dumping extra sweet onion sauce.
On top of that, my Tuna and Steak & Cheese sandwiches were also made incorrectly. When I showed my receipt and explained what I had ordered, she kept arguing until she finally acknowledged the mistake — even then, she tried to reuse the old sandwiches and just add the missing vegetables. To make matters worse, she was using rotten, browning lettuce.
When I asked her to cut the sandwiches and pack them separately, she flat-out refused and rudely snapped, “This is a franchise — we don’t pack separately.” Throughout the entire visit, she was unprofessional, dismissive, and extremely rude.

All they were doing was talking the whole time and hardly paying attention to customers while working. I asked for some napkins and the lady with blonde hair color made such a UGH face like I made a huge mistake by asking for napkins. First of all, they don’t put napkins outside for customers to take and they literally gave us 2 napkins for my husband and I. When we ordered food, the lady was rushing us like there’s no tomorrow.
