Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in New York

I ordered a snowman cake for my moms birthday. I ordered the cake on the 21st and needed it for the 22. Now the cake is suppose to be 24-48 hours depending on the style and etc. In this case it took 24hrs. Now on the 22 at approximately 12pm the women who was suppose to make the cake calls and ask if I can pick up the cake at a later time. I asked why ? She said because she wasn’t home so ok I agreed. I then came to my senses and called her back and specifically asked , if you knew a cake was suppose to be made since yesterday why isn’t the cake made ? I do not want a rushed cake. She said no problem come at 6. Now around 4 she called back stating the cake was ready and it looked so nice. Well I’m here to tell you when I got the the location at 5:30 to get this cake. IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. Not to mention it had a graduation cap!!!! Now who has a graduation in the middle of December? It was for a birthday not a graduation. The cake was a simple round cake no tiers or anything, this cake had 2 balls , a graduation cap , and it looked horrible and rushed. All I can do was get my refund back. I called the lady right after and informed her work was rushed and not properly done. She then responds “I had no picture “ well if its on the website and your a worker you should know what it looks like correct ? Just terrible. Rude smh guy didnt wanna give me the ice cream i paid for after he made my 1st order. Made it seem as if i didn't pay for it he didnt wanna make the rest as he was walking away even when i was showing him my receipt. He literally took my receipt JUST TO MAKE SURE I WAS BEINF HONEST.
