First of all, the food here is simply amazing. The KungPoa wings are my personal favorite. They have a unique flavor that is to die for. The dumplings are next on list as they have several different flavors you can choose from including chicken, shrimp, pork, beef, and vegetables. I want be very clear and say that all the food here is amazing but these two options just so happen to be my personal favorites. Secondly, my bartenders service was nothing short of fantastic. They took my order with open ears and a smile on their face. They made sure to check up on me while I was dining to make sure I was ok, and I even ended up ordering more food! Itās clear to me the bartenders here care about their customers and their customers experience. Thirdly, the atmosphere is exactly what I needed from a food service in the airport. The surreal atmosphere of Taldeās will make you forget that youāre in an airport. As you eat, you can listen to relaxing music and enjoy the pure positive...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreGot the Spicy Crispy Chicken Noodle while i was waiting to board my flight. It was essentially a fried chicken ramen. The noodles were a perfect texture and the fried chicken was indeed crispy but it was also really dry, perhaps because it was chicken breast. I imagine that to keep their crisp, they have to be fried longer so maybe a darker meat would be better? Broth wasnāt memorable. Also there was a lot more pickled ginger than i thought it needed; pickled ginger ended up being the most prominent flavor of the soup. I would have preferred if the egg was seasoned but i liked how runny it was.
I liked the friendly staff that took my order and gave me their recs but it took a while for them to refill my water and for me to get the check because they kept disappearing to do something else.
Overall i think you should try something else...

The chicken looked like it had been soaking in the broth for a while. Definitely not a spicy crispy chicken. The weird pickled ginger tasted like it was an add on ingredient because someone was like āthatās Japanese! add it!!!ā I didnāt even bother having the broth because it didnāt feel worth having all of that sodium.
The adĆ©mame was okay, Iām pretty sure it was seasoned with Tajin, which Iām fine with but why ALL OF THAT UNNECESSARY OIL!!??!!?!
The cashier was nice. And thatās about all the place has going for it. Save yourself the money. Kicking myself because I should have just seen what was closer to my terminal. Still getting used to...
