First experience with Talkin Tacos was in Orlando, FL: the set of pics with metal trays.

I must say it was a great experience in Orlando. Super tasty and everything felt fresh. Plus! Free refills on drinks! Got the trio tacos which one birria taco and it came with consume! Meat is tender, flavorful, and juicy.

Now in NY: pics with plastic containers. I went to the grand opening AND was one of the first 50 customers so I did get them birria tacos for free! Now the place in NY is smaller so we didn't even have the option to dine in. Took it to go but ate it around the block right away. The birria tacos hit very well (moist, hot, and flavorful) however they didn't put the consume!!! 😔.

Got the same order as I did in Orlando to compare. Honestly Orlando was better, but NY has some potential. The tortillas on the birria were perfect, the tortillas on the trio were stale!?!?! Not even week 1, hour 1 and stale tortillas? The meat was more tender than the tortillas! Nonetheless the flavors were similar to Orlando experience just not as memorable 😔.

The nachos in Orlando had an option of regular loaded nachos without street corn but for some reason the NY location only had street corn nacho option 🤷🏾‍♂️. Both were super flavored and loaded so at least you aren't getting cheated.

Overall, I'm satisfied with Talkin Tacos and will be returning hopefully with a sit in option AND With the hopes of non-stale...

It's been such a hit or miss with these guys. Been going to them since they opened a few months ago. Had issues with my order 3 out of 4 times, voiced it. Managers were quick to reach out, go above and beyond to make it right. Which I really respect and value!

But then I'd come back, and it would be something again. At some point, I start feeling bad for consistently bringing up issues and rather avoid the situation.

A friend of mine went for taco's this past Tuesday since they have a deal (taco Tuesdays), he got there at 10:06pm and couldn't find the deal on the screen. He had to ask 4 people if they knew anything about the deal or could help him find it on the ordering monitor. Finally the 4th person said it ends at 10pm?? I told my friend to ask for AB or Mo (two managers that have helped me), he was told no one was there?? No managers, no one...

I looked on their website/app, and the deal was there! So my friend had to order through the APP, WITH MY HELP- while AT the store.
