EVERYTHING IS SALTY, THEY USE TO BE SO TASTY

My latest review:

First of all, the old staff is GONE, these new people don't know what they are doing. THE FOOD IS EXTREMELY SALTY. Today I was forced to leave a barley bitten taco on the table. This is the second day in a row where I had to make a complaint about my food. If you want High Blood Pressure, this is the best place to eat. Let's not forget to mention the ever-changing prices, they never stay the same. I been going here for two years every day! and I am done with this place. It has lost its quality in a matter of two weeks; you are better off taking a shot of salt instead of eating there.

Good luck to this business, I foresee it closing due to its salty food and floating prices.

The worst tacos I ever had. Seriously. With bad service to boot. Ordered the birria tacos with consume, a veggie taco, and horchata. Birria tacos had NO flavor. They pack it with a big handful of chewy, not cooked well meat which had no seasoning or spices, and a big glob of tasteless guac.

Consume was microwaved for 4 MINUTES in the small cheap plastic containers that restaurants use to serve sides. My consume would have been mixed with plastic chemical stuff, so I just threw it out. Told them that they should not be doing that at all. Girl was pretty annoyed at this.

Veggie taco tasted bland as well. No seasoning/spices.

Ignored by the two girls at the front until I alerted them. They knew I was there. Waited for them to finish doing what they were doing, but they would move on to something else.

At least the horchata was okay.

I went to pick up a delivery - they took my name and told me it was not ready yet. I waited over 30 minutes standing, the manager did not check in on me until I asked for an update and then they realized they had never started my order. He yelled at me for not saying something sooner, even though of course I had, and proceeded to tell me to cancel while treating me very poorly in front of many people. I was honestly shocked, I’ve never had been treated like this at a restaurant. Keep in mind my food was already paid for so I had to get a refund. It wasted so much of my time and this man blatantly disrespected me with no value on my time. I’m a very kind person and I had to share this because I’m appalled. I hope he learns to be nicer not only to guests but in general as a human being. I will never...
