I was just there and the manager,cook, and a customer were chatting for a long time while I was standing there to order along with two other customers behind me. He did not acknowledge me until after he finished his 3 minute personal conversation. He got my order wrong because he kept talking to the cook and customer and I had to repeat my order several times because he was not listening. I had to request a receipt and had to wait again for him to reenter the information for a receipt that should have been processed the first time. It was not very busy so there was no reason for any confusion. I know you have it on camera. When I informed the manager to acknowledge the customer that is at the counter in front of you and not have personal conversations without saying Hi or I'll be right with you he said he was busy which is not an excuse. You were not too busy to have a personal conversation with a customer so you are a liar. He said sorry and said Thank you sir. Poor customer service The sandwich is not for me but for analysis to see if the temperature is correct and if the chicken is cooked all the way through and then thrown away. The conversation you were having was recorded and I know what you were saying.

I immediately returned to the cashier, who replaced my order with another serving. However, when I checked the second order, I found that it was also undercooked, just like the first one. Frustrated, I left the food there and decided to call the store manager using the number provided. When I explained the situation, the manager was extremely rude to me. Instead of addressing my complaint professionally, he started yelling at me and accused me of being drunk, which was completely untrue and uncalled for. As a customer, I expected my issue to be resolved, not to be insulted. When I asked for a solution, the manager dismissed me, saying he could do nothing and that I was free to file a complaint if I wanted. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a store manager. There was always something wrong with the food : a couple of times the fries were hard (probably some leftovers) half of it were small burnt pieces which we threw away and one time the chicken was undercooked so I finish cooking it myself because usually I don’t like to complain and since they’re the only ones in flushing we had no choice but to order from them again. Last Saturday my daughter ordered strips/fries/drink combo and 2 spicy sandwiches/fries. It was a horrible experience! I ended up going to the ER because the so called chicken was mostly a big chunk of fried flour over a tiny piece of dark chicken and extremely spicy!
