WE HAVE BEEN OFTEN MAKING LARGE ORDER FOR OUR FAMILY FOR MONTHS SINCE 2020, THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS ESPECIALLY THE MANGO SALAD AND COCONUT STICKY RICE WITH THAÏ ICE TEA... BUT THE DELIVERY REPRESENTATIVES ARE RUDE AND MAKING FRAUDULENT MOVES WITH THE TIPS... THEY TRY TO WRITE ON RECEIPT THEIR OWN TIPS AND THE LAST INCIDENT WE GAVE $10 ASKING FOR $7 BACK BUT THE DELIVERY REP FOLDED $4 GIVING IT TO US AND TRY TO LEAVE FAST TO THE ELEVATOR, LUCKILY THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT THERE GIVING US TIME TO COUNT, WHERE WE ASK TO GET THE REST OF OUR MONEY BACK... THE DELIVERY REP GOT RUDE AND FINALLY GAVE US BACK WHAT WE ASKED... WE SHOULDN'T GAVE HIM A TIP AFTER TRYING TO STEAL FROM US... WE CONTACTED THE RESTAURANT EXPLAINING THAT WE LIKED THEIR FOODS AND SPEND $100 PLUS PER MONTH ORDERING FOR 4 OR 3 PEOPLE AT THE TIME BUT THAT WE DID NOT APPRECIATE THE DELIVERY SERVICES... THE DELIVERY REP LIED WHEN ASKED TO EXPLAIN... THE PERSON TAKING ORDER BELIEVED THE DELIVERY REP INSTEAD OF US... UNFORTUNATELY FOR THEM THEY ARE LOOSING US AS LOYAL CUSTOMERS AS WE DO NOT TRUST THEIR DELIVERY REPRESENTATIVES ANYMORE... WE DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL THEY DO NEXT...

UNLESS WE CAN BE ASSURED THAT THE STAFF IS BEING HANDLED WE ARE NOT ORDERING THERE ANYMORE... NOT PROFFESIONAL AT ALL LOOSING CUSTOMERS FOR YOUR DELIVERY REPRESENTATIVES IS RIDICULOUS AND IT SEAMS PER THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT IT IS THE MAIN PROBLEM...

went to Thai Super Restaurant around 8 PM, 5/12/2025 excited to try it for the first time. I ordered basil fried rice, spring rolls, and Tom Yum soup. Halfway through eating, I found a worm in my food—yes, an actual worm.

I told the waiter, and while he notified management, there was zero apology, zero accountability, and no attempt to make it right. I even said I’d still pay for the soup (which I regret now), just to keep things civil.

But here’s where it gets unbelievable, when I went to pay the cashier had the nerve to ask me to leave a tip after I had just found a worm in my meal! I was stunned. I told him, loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear, “I just found a worm in my food and you’re asking for a tip?” It was infuriating.

The people running this place are not only unhygienic, but also shameless, rude, and completely lacking in basic decency. No apology, no refund, no accountability and then they expect a tip?

This was my first time here and it will absolutely be my last. If you care about cleanliness, respect, and decent service, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They don’t deserve...

They forgot my rice (a little difficult to enjoy the curry without rice). The pad thai wasn’t pleasant (too much in a small container so it made the noodles mushy). The chive sauce wasn’t diluted enough with water and vinegar, so it was about 90% straight soy sauce (too salty for a dipping sauce). The fried tofu did not have a nice, fluffy, light batter (it reminded me of frozen food that you would buy from a grocery store), and the tofu type was extra firm, which in combination of the breading and deep frying makes it too dry. The chive appetizer was good, but too greasy (meaning they haven’t changed the deep fryer oil yet). Personally, I would pass on this place. I did enjoy the thai salad since it had a peanut dressing. Delivery was free (from their website), so that was nice. Delivery was fast also (within 30 minutes). I liked the driver also walked the entire five flight of stairs to my apartment and was courteous. They offer many gluten-free options (however don’t forget soy sauce has gluten as I doubt they use gluten-free soy sauce). I will say my massamen curry and pumpkin dessert were...

Second time coming by for the lunch special and it's delicious. I love their chicken pad thai, and spring rolls. I'm really picky and usually eat the same thing, so when a place has good pad thai, I'm all ears (and stomach!). The portions are generous and the space is so homey—they even put a doily under the spring rolls. So cute! ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ I opted to get their thai iced tea instead of a standard beverage and it's a nice refresher to go alongside a hearty meal. Overall very flavorful food, and the spring rolls are delightfully crispy. I could see this as being a nice place to grab dinner after a long work day with a buddy or two. The host is also very nice!
