Loved this green space with good vibes. Escape the city and enter the jungle! One of my favorite things while traveling is trying to find a good coffee spot and this place definitely met the mark that we were repeat customers. Both times, baristas were very friendly and had great jams on. I had a lavender latte, vanilla latte, chocolate chip banana bread, and chocolate croissant from here. The flavoring was a little too subtle, but not necessarily a bad thing if that’s what you like. I like that there is a spot at the end of the bar to sweeten to your liking. Pastries were OK. The music could probably be a little quieter for those who are reading or doing work. I felt that the pricing was pretty average with what I would pay back home for a flavored latte. Overall, good experiences here!

Im a coffee shop collector, i like to try them all. But from all the ones ive tried so far in Brooklyn, this one has a special place in my heart. Not only because the obvious: the coffee IS good, but because of Lucky, Juliette, Jake and also the new baristas that keep the vibe of the space. The music is soothing and youll drink among plants and nice aromas. how many times you found a nice coffee place but you cant sit or the vibe is off? here youll want to stay for a nice amount of time. And if you need some love, they have a nice selection of pastries. Its really a temple in the middle of the Flushing Broadway chaotic intersection.

Such a great addition to the neighborhood! I wish I could give 10 stars for ambiance and feel. It’s so lush with all the plants and fun chairs and swings. Coffee and snacks were great. And with a great selection of plants and plant accessories. One thing I loved was the plants had color-coded labels for high light, medium light, and pet safe. Had fun unusual things like mushroom growth kits- I bought a pink oyster kit. My friends and I spent more than an hour enjoying coffee, chatting, looking at plants, and sitting in the chairs in the back. Love this place.

The atmosphere here is pretty great. The baristas set the tone, and they’re super sweet so I have to thank them. Unfortunately, the owner likes to punish those who have left the job by withholding their paychecks and not paying them for their labor. I’m sure he knows it can affect their livelihoods. He doesn’t show appreciation for his staff either. They work incredibly hard to keep customers happy and coming back. He’s very unprofessional and expects his employees to be the opposite, he’s also very passive aggressive. So, not the greatest place to work if you’re looking. And if you want to support a business, you should know who you’re supporting.

I’m happy to speak about this publicly. I feel it’s important people know this is how you operate. If it affects your business negatively, don’t act in ways that put your business at risk. It’s been a pattern. And, yes, pay ex-employees the money you owe them for their labor. If you’re withholding paychecks without their consent, you are not paying people for their labor. Your baristas are welcoming and friendly because that’s the energy they themselves radiate. Having been an employee, and one that was incredibly attentive and took responsibility over 99% (your words) of what goes on in the shop, I know very well how much mismanagement there can be here and ,nonetheless, be able to create a welcoming environment for...

I used to really love this place! I would go all the time and work for hours and even bought a few plants. The plants were beautiful and the baristas were smiley. Recently the quality has really gone down and the prices have shot up. First, the bathroom had a puddle of pee on the floor? Literally on the floor. Second, my matcha latte was scalding hot and spilling everywhere. When I asked the barista to help, he first refused and then did it reluctantly as he muttered under his breath. I didn’t even bother telling him he made it wrong (he gave me a matcha with burnt tasting milk). Also, the plants look horribly maintained. Used to love this place but sadly I’ll be going to one of the other shops in the area where customers aren’t...
