Attended a private event - was very disappointed. The person at the door missed vast majority of the guests that were supposed to check in with her. The $16 drinks were tiny, watered down, I found it odd the servers could not answer limited questions about the specialty drinks - my drinks actually had missing ingredients, but there was a lime tossed into every drink (must have been a bargain price on limes). When we asked for water we were served lukewarm water with no ice, it seems like water could be refilled with a pitcher, but a new glass was continually brought out - the problem is no one picked up the empty water or drink glasses. Food for our was tossed onto a table often with no serving utensils, why was our group's food tossed on a table on the side of the room we were not using? No one served any of the food, there was not enough food for our group, it just was not a pleasant event as the staff seemed untrained in how to be servers. My coworkers and went here after work to get a quick drink before an event. My coworker ordered online after looking up the menu under the impression that it would be faster. We were met by the waiter/bartender being very defensive about the fact that he was not able to receive orders that way. While I empathize with the waiter for their inability to help they should have immediately managed up. They did not however dismissing it every time a question was asked. It wasn’t until we asked for a manager that he managed up. Critical reasoning skills tell us that when a problem can’t be handled, find someone that can handle it. This can be executed with proper training on customer service! The manager was very helpful when they came and were able to immediately help my coworker, physically showing her side and denying the order returning her funds to her card that had already been charged. We went to the murdered by the mob show for a family members birthday. While we had fun with the family, the experience was extremely underwhelming. To start, It was supposed to be an hour and a half show and it was three hours. Normally fine but we took a party bus into the city and had it for only a limited amount of time which resulted in overage time. The food was highly in-editable to put it lightly. Not only was it served cold, but my food had PLASTIC in it… yes you read that correctly (see photo). When the server came back he said it was a glove from a servers hand which grossed me out even more. While they were apologetic, it was extremely unacceptable and a HUGE health hazard.
