I finally visited No Plates, and let me just say it was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, the experience was warm and welcoming, thanks to the incredible staff. George and Ilia, who made the visit extra special. Not only were they attentive and kind, but they also described each dish with such detail and passion, offering the perfect recommendations. Let’s talk about the food… because WOW. 🍣 Salmon Salad – So fresh, so flavorful, and perfectly balanced. It even came with a cute little personal dressing bottle; thoughtful and more than enough for the portion. Light but satisfying in the best way. 🥪 Honey Burrata Sandwich – The highlight of the meal. Who knew a sandwich could be this good? While most sandwiches can feel heavy, this one was incredibly light, airy, yet still filling. The flavor profile was next-level—creamy, sweet, savory, and just melt in your mouth delicious. 🍰 Desserts – We had the Napoleon and the Matcha Pistachio Tiramisu… and I genuinely have no words. That’s how good they were. Delicate, rich, and so unique—truly unforgettable. 🍵 Drinks – While many come for their well-loved Matcha Koya (and yes, it’s sweet and refreshing), I highly recommend trying the Bridge 12. Coffee with a mango foam might sound unusual, but trust me—the flavor combination is out of this world. Smooth, unexpected, and so satisfying. If you’re thinking of visiting No Plates—go. The food, the vibe, the people—it’s an experience that lingers long after the last bite. 💛

No Plates Coffee – A Hidden Gem for Matcha & Espresso Lovers No Plates Coffee is one of those rare spots that instantly makes you want to become a regular. Tucked away with a relaxed vibe and minimalist charm, this café manages to strike the perfect balance between quality, creativity, and comfort. Let’s start with their ice matcha latte – hands down one of the best I’ve ever had. It’s incredibly smooth, with just the right amount of sweetness and that earthy matcha depth that so many places miss. You can tell they use high-quality matcha, and it makes all the difference. It’s refreshing, balanced, and dangerously addictive. Their espresso latte is equally impressive. Rich, bold espresso meets perfectly textured milk in a cup that’s comforting but far from ordinary. It’s got that robust coffee punch with a silky finish – a go-to whether you’re starting your day or need a midday lift. And don’t leave without trying their matcha tiramisu. This dessert is a revelation – creamy, light, and layered with delicate matcha flavor that complements rather than overwhelms. It’s a unique twist on a classic, and it totally works. Every bite is an elegant blend of sweetness and matcha umami. All in all, No Plates Coffee nails it. Whether you’re a matcha fanatic, a coffee purist, or just someone looking for a cozy place with serious flavor game, this place delivers. Highly recommended.

We visited No Plates Coffee & Bakery in New York and were pleasantly surprised. The coffee was delicious, and the drinks were refreshing and well-crafted. From the moment you walk in, the space feels clean, minimalist, and full of personality. A modern and innovative concept, simple yet very intentional in every detail. We had the pleasure of chatting with Russell, the owner—a super friendly guy who explained the vision behind the café and its drinks. One of the coolest things: their baristas are from Germany and Greece, true professionals who have competed (and won!) in coffee art competitions. And their espresso machine? A one-of-a-kind piece in America, built in Germany by engineers from Boeing and usually only found in places like Europe and the Middle East (Dubai, Saudi Arabia, etc.). Watching it in action was an experience on its own. Another special touch: the unique coffee and drink containers. Sleek, modern, and unlike anything else. Everything here feels curated and thoughtfully designed. A hidden gem in the heart of New York for coffee lovers.
