Tom and Jerry’s is hands down the best bar in town! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by the warm and welcoming presence of Mike, the security guard. His kindness sets the tone for the entire experience, making you feel right at home. My friend and I, been patrons here every weekend for the past couple of month and we always have an amazing time.
What truly sets Tom and Jerry apart from other bars in the neighborhood is the exceptional staff. Kevin, Killian, Caroline, and Louis are nothing short of outstanding at their jobs. Each of them brings a unique energy and professionalism that elevates the entire experience.
Kevin is always on top of his game, ensuring that every drink is crafted to perfection. His knowledge of craft beers and cocktails is impressive, and he's always ready with a great recommendation if you're unsure of what to order. His service is prompt and attentive, ensuring that you never have to wait long for your next drink.
Killian's friendly demeanor and quick wit make him a joy to interact with. He has an uncanny ability to make everyone feel like a regular, even if it's your first time visiting.
Caroline is the epitome of professionalism and kindness. She has a knack for remembering faces and orders, which adds a personal touch to every visit. Her warm smile and genuine care for the customers make her an invaluable part of the team.
Louis rounds out this fantastic crew with his friendly nature. He's always ready to engage in a pleasant conversation and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is having a great time.
Tom and Jerry is a gem of a bar with exceptional staff and a distinctive atmosphere. I couldn’t recommend this bar more. If you're looking for a place where you can enjoy great drinks, excellent service, and a welcoming environment, look no further than Tom...
Read moreWell! Wish there was a possibility to leave 0 stars, but sadly that isn't an option. I have never experienced such poor taste and classless employees before (and that is being generous).
Let me outline some of the unforunate events below: The bartenders ignored my friends and I for simply asking to put on a birthday song for a friend (as her birthday was in 5 minutes). When asked for drinks/shots, they refused to listen and serve us. When asked for "THREE shots", the bartender screamed "No, I'm not giving you 'FREE shots'" followed by an insane amount of eye rolls. Was most definitely overcharged as 3 mixed shots shouldn't have been $45. Was proceeding to leave cash as a tip (because I am in the service industry and believe in good tip culture), but my money "wasn't wanted" and it was turned away.
To management - I'd probably start taking the hiring process a bit more seriously as you have made some poor choices with some of the people who run your bar. This sentiment was also shared by multiple groups of people on our way out, agreeing with the lack of professionalism that they also unfortunately...
Read more#UPDATE# My friend told me the waitress' name was Megan. He has been there for years. Since the owner said there was no Megan, maybe you know who was working at the bar on Thursday May 23 between 5 and 6:30pm. A woman with curly hair and a little heavyset. Thanks.
My friend who is a regular introduced this bar to me. I went with him today. First of all, what the F is with the dingy atmosphere? It feels so dead-fish with bothersome smell and weird crowd. My friend and I were sitting minding our business. The waitress named Megan presumptiously brought a refill without checking or asking. Way to troll in bar sales and tips shamelessly! My friend didn't even ask for another drink, and somehow this waitress at this dingy bar decided to spend his money without his permission. What kind of world it is? I've never been to a bar whose waitress would've been so obnoxiously ramping up her own income without permission. We dumped the second drink on the floor. Now I hope the bar gets the message. That's not how you run an...
