I've been a regular customer for several years, but post-COVID lockdown, the quality has been on a steady decline. Last year, they started closing on Mondays and promptly hiked up their prices to compensate for their loss of income. Everything costs more due to inflation, so a price hike is understandable. What isn't fine is that they also cut down on portion size and it also seems on ingredients because the food is simply not as tasty.

I don't appreciate shrinkflation. State your price increase outright, don't sneak it through. Their take out containers are smaller which I hadn't noticed the size difference till I stacked it with an older container. The new containers are significantly smaller which explains why I didn't have much leftovers like I usually had. They are also cut portions significantly. For example, when I first started ordering from Top Taco Top China, the Egg Fu Yong had 3 omelets, you only get 2 now. You used to get 5 chicken wings, now you get 4. You'd get 5 good sized barbecue spare ribs, then 4, and now only 3 small ones with the combination plate. On their Tex Mex menu, the steak fajita had a lot of sstrips of steak, but now it's mostly onions. Last time, there were only 3 small strips of steak and lots of onions, 2 small pepper slices. You used to get 3 pork chops (1 large, 2 small). They cut it down to 2 pork chops that are mostly bone. On my last order, I got 1 pork chop and a piece of another, so basically 1 1/2 pork chops. I have never ever seen a restaurant give a portion of a pork chop before. This is the last straw for me! I will not be ordering from them again because I don't think it's...

Absolutely atrocious excuse for a business. Their delivery driver is a mad man. He came storming into my store to deliver food for my coworkers, but with only one food item of 3 that were ordered in his hands. Then when he was asked where the rest of the food was, he literally screamed at us saying “this is your order”. When we insisted that it wasn’t, he went back to his car and miraculously had located the rest of it. But he wasn’t done, he then started screaming at my female coworker who initially told him that that wasn’t the full order, and then started cursing at her and putting his hands in her face.

Unfortunately this isn’t the only bad experience with this company either… during another order, my coworker has a food allergy and alerted the person he placed the order with over the phone to not include certain ingredients in his chicken dish. When the food was delivered, all of the food he was allergic to was still in the dish. When he called back to tell them, he was met with nothing but more disgusting behavior. The worker told him his order was correct, that he needed to send pictures to prove that it wasn’t correct, and that they weren’t going to make him a new one because “I know the order is correct, I looked at it”. And maybe they did, but either they lied, or they delivered the wrong dish. But after fighting with them on the phone for 10 minutes, they finally got fed up and hung up on him. Eventually a new order was delivered. It was correct this time around.

Do not order from here if you value your sanity. These people have no idea how to run a business, and the workers they employ are...

I placed an order for beef with oyster sauce and asked for some mushrooms. They cut whole mushrooms in half and added that to the order. Those mushrooms took up most of the entire container. There were 5 or 6 pieces of beef. I also ordered Chicken chow fun. I made sure to ask for less veggies. They filled up the container with these huge chunks of onions with some snow peas. There was very little chow fun or chicken. I understand prices on products is higher. But common this is ridiculous. Then raise your prices or say if you want extra. It will cost you more. To make matters worse. When I called to explain what happened. The woman on the phone kept cutting me off. So I said stop can you listen. After saying that 3 times. She started yelling...you stupid phock. phock you do not order from here again phock you. I added a pic to show Im not making things up. And Im not making things up about her...
