U Like — Restaurant in New York

Sadly nothing to write home about any of the stuff I ordered. I got hot and sour soup that had zero sour as part of its flavor profile. Veggie dumplings that were so bland and frankly empty of ingredients I didn't even finish the order, which is saying something. Dumplings need to be pretty disappointing in order for you to just throw some of them out lol. And I got the egg foo young combo platter, which I was excited to see because that's rarely included in combo platters. Unfortunately, the egg foo young had no gravy, which is integral to the dish. I was a loyal customer to this restaurant I don't know what happened John my friend from here was the best in this location now you have a whole bunch of crazy people that don't understand you picking up the phone that rude. They forget the utensils the deliveries be an hour wait !!!! Everytime this man picks up the phone messes up my order I get very angry this is why I don't call this location is 3 blocks away from where I live at and they want to make me wait an hour for I cancelled the delivery in the delivery still got here after I ordered food from somewhere else and I had to pay the double because they're in responsible I don't know what's going on here in this location John you need to come back this...

This place used to be our favorite Chinese spot until a month ago. They’re now using a call center to place orders which makes it feel like you’re talking to a telemarketer.

They forgot several items on my order, which had never happened before in the 6 years we’ve been ordering. The last few times we’ve ordered food, it has been disgusting. The chicken nuggets were not cooked, fried chicken was dry and used to be delicious, the boneless spare ribs were gross.

I don’t know if they changed management or chefs but they need to go back to what it was before or they’re going to lose a lot of business. They lost our business...
