Cathy worked on my hair with patience tonight her Belkys we’re amazing in making me comfortable and made me feel at home and confident that I was in good hands, it was my first time going to Belkys Beauty Salon. And it has been a long time since getting my hair washed and set, my hair is naturally curly and I have been embracing my curly hair and wearing it that way for over a year now. I asked for fantasy color highlights, and I showed her several photos of what I wanted. They did a totally different color and they only did it in the front of my head. The color is not even, the difference between the front and back is huge, they didn't pay attention and were too lazy to do a through job. They don't use quality products either. While they were nice and attentive, they didn't do a professional job, their final job is lacking care. They were trying to do "a nice job" but it seemed that their laziness won. They also ruined the blouse I was wearing. Overall, the service is good but I won't recommend getting a job...

Only wonderful things to say! I came in as a walk-in for a wash and set and was seen right away. When I was under the dryer and was really hot and sweaty, one of the stylists kindly set up a fan for me, such a thoughtful gesture. During the blowout, the stylist was amazing, no burns on my scalp or ears, and for the first time ever, someone actually knew how to use the blow dryer without blasting high heat directly at my head.
