As I get older I started leaving reviews. Because it way better than getting into it with an employee. I leave great reviews as well as bad. Today ordering breakfast today at the terminal 4 delta location compelled me to write a review. After driving 3hrs in the rain from Ct to catch a flight I decided to stop by USABD to get a sandwich and ice coffee. As I stand there I see that The female let’s just call her Mcarlin top my ice coffee with ice before pouring the littlest bit of coffee because it’s just ice. I also paid for extra shot btw. I kindly ask her if she can give me Less ice that’s when, with attitude grabs my cup goes to the sink dump a quarter of it out the slides the coffee back to me and walks off. I mean really. The cashier saw something was wrong and not only fixed the situation with kindness she added the shot of expresso Mcarlin didn’t even added. I get it. Dealing with the public sometimes sucks. But making customers feels like crap before a long day of traveling for the simplest request is not acceptable. I should be enjoying my pretty good looking sandwich instead I’m writing...

Tried finding the JFK branch on here but i couldn’t, I was greeted by a staff member who clearly did not want to be there. Placed an order for two sandwiches and two coffees — total came out to $50.

And for that price? I got a self-service coffee cup like it’s a gas station, not even a heads up about it. Medium coffee? Actually a small.

The staff situation was embarrassing — 40+ travelers waiting, one person handling coffee, four others behind the counter doing absolutely nothing but chatting and standing around. You could see them not even pretending to hustle.

It took 30 minutes for two basic sandwiches. I tried to cancel my order since my flight was boarding, only for them to casually mention “Oh, we don’t have sausage, is bacon okay?” What was I supposed to say?

No to-go boxes or bags at an airport… just an open plate to walk through a terminal like it’s a diner on the side of the road.

Bottom line: $50 for food and service worse than a highway Dunkin. Next time, I’ll happily take a Shake Shack or grab-n-go instead.

Avoid this place if you value your time,...

I worked at Brooklyn Delicatessen USA. They don't wash dishes; they rinse them off to save time. The dishes they do wash are washed with cold water. You're eating other people's food when you eat at Brooklyn Delicatessen USA.

When it's slow, the dishwasher is getting high & when it's busy, the dishwasher is getting high.

I was fired for complaining about how unsanitary this restaurant is and I'll go to court to testify how lazy the management is at this disgusting place.

If you're at Brooklyn Delicatessen USA 43rd Street New York, ask to go into the dish area and check if they have hot water. They're too cheap to use hot water.

Enjoy biting into the world. That's what you get at Brooklyn Delicatessen USA! When you feel sick, call me j.mefamous@gmail.com I can confirm you got your disease at Brooklyn Delicatessen USA.

I have a formal education. But the management just wants your cash between plays. Enjoy the show; get well soon. Or, die having been treated at Brooklyn...

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but Brooklyn Deli earned this one. First off, don’t be fooled by the mouthwatering sandwich photos they’re about as real as a Bigfoot sighting. The sandwiches are tiny. Like, “where’s the rest of it?” tiny. But here’s the kicker: my wife ordered a crispy chicken Caesar salad and got… drumroll… no chicken. When we pointed out the obvious mistake, they actually tried to charge us extra to add the chicken that was supposed to be there in the first place. That’s not just bad service that’s shady. We came hungry and left annoyed. Won’t be back.

We came because of the 4.7 rating, the place was cute but empty. Empty should have been our first red flag. Pizza was bland and dry. You can get better pizza from those 99¢ stops. Honestly I also wish I didn’t get two of them because we had difficulty finishing them. Pictures are deceiving it looked great because of the grease but had zero flavor. The pepperoni is gross and bread is dryer than the the Sahara. Also the cashier could be nicer but its okay I still tipped her. But after eating this pizza I severely regret it. Obviously theses high ratings are either paid or fake.
