I think Trifecta Med spa somehow managed to delete my first review that’s why I’m reviewing this place again.

Tear Trough Fillers!!

I usually don’t Review But you have to know my experience before you visit Trifecta

So I visited this place less than a year ago. They were really good at talking - staff was nice and patient - after that I met Valentina Hadland (The Nurse - also it’s my fault that I didn’t research enough before going to The Nurse Valentina)

You Must Know (I was 27years old when I met her and now I’m 28)

However, she Convinced me to go for VOLUMA filler and not for Restylane (Also, I didn’t know that VOLUMA is not for Tear Trough). anyway, I spent more then 1000$ for VOLUMA.

A week later I felt my face was tooo heavy - I mean my face look big so I called at the clinic asked them if I can meet Valentina and very next day I was in the clinic trying to understand what’s going on. Nurse Valentina suggested me to go for another syringe of Restylane. So I did (how stupid of me haha) and spent some more around 700$ Or something.

Two weeks later I didn’t know what happed to my face. I’am a working Model and Actor - I started to loose my jobs and I had to move back to my country to fix my face . However, when I came back to Newyork I made an appointment to meet the Doctor (not the Nurse) to address my issues because I was pissed ..

This time I go in and the front desk starts to say - no no no Valentina is great and you know what you look the same, you still look so pretty OMG!!! —- And I was like .. YES OMG!!! I came for Tear Trough fillers and your Nurse Valentine performed the procedure on my cheeks OMG!!!!

Also, I met Rosalie Curreri, who totally refused to do anything on my face because she New that Valentina had done her job tooo nicely.

I look dull and tired after taking reversible injections.

It’s been about 5 months that me and my new doctor (from NewYork) been trying to fix asymmetry but it’s hard, so I’am Trying to get the history chart from Trifecta spa so that my new MD can see and hopefully he’ll be able to fix my issues. Let’s see if Trifecta shares the History chart...

I am a Black woman and I have tried for years to get rid of facial hair using lasers but you need a particular kind of laser for Black skin. Finally, I went to Trifecta Med Spa on 57th street because they have a SPLENDOR X laser removal devise, which combines 2 lasers, Alexandrite and Nd:YAG. These are the kinds of lasers recommended for Black people. I bought a package for 6 laser hair removal treatments for a medium area to treat the facial hair on my chin and lip area. After 1 treatment, I saw a dramatic difference. After 3 treatments, all of my facial hair is pretty much gone. I have been working with Inna. She has been really nice and happy to talk about all the services without pushing anything. I talked to her about all the hyperpigmentation on my face and I decided to get a VI Peel. I see a difference in the texture of my skin but I think you need three treatments to see real results. I will probably get two more treatments at some point. The reception is very nice also and when I had questions during the week long process, I called the reception each time and they gave me a lot of support. I will be going back for a long time because this is my new form of self care. I recommend them as a person who recognizes that we, as Black women, have different needs and solutions. So I just have to say the manager at this place made my experience here amazing!! I was hesitant to try this spa because I've had really bad experiences in the past with med spas.

The manager Ana met with me and was so incredibly kind, understanding and sympathetic. She listened and gave me a great recommendation to try Ulthera on my abdomen, which it's normally used under your chin. However, I hada horrible, adverse reaction to cool sculpting In the past that caused the skin around my abdomen to collapse into severe loose skin. Well, I tried Ulthera and it's made such a difference!! It's finally brought back the definition to my abs, which were hidden under loose skin for years, despite all my dieting and exercise!!

The results slowly became more noticeable at the 3 month mark but now I'm 5 months in and really seeing the difference! Ana even followed up with me after a few weeks to check in which I thought was great customer service. I've seen 2 technicians so far but really have to recommend Elizabeth. Felt super comfortable with her and you can tell she knows what shes doing.
