Viva La Heights Bar — Restaurant in New York

As a long time customer of Friends Tavern and now Viva as well, I must state that these establishments are safe, clean and the service for the most part is great. However the drinks are awful. This is not a one time occurrence. Happy hour goes from $6 to $10 after 10 pm. I realize everything has increased since covid, however please give me a decent drink. I had one drink in Friends and two in Viva last night. All exactly the same. Either watered down alcohol or a miserly pour. It's basically a glass of ice. Even the Margheritas, although tasty have little to no alcohol. I go to other establishments and restaurants and when you order a drink you get a real drink. I'm willing to pay whatever the price is but I do not wish to feel that I'm being taken advantage of. We all work hard for our money, and for 6, 8, or 10 dollars I expect a quality drink. Something has to change. Perhaps the owners and management don't care because people will show up no matter what. The drink situation is a running joke among many, and some of my friends don't visit your bars anymore for this reason. Please fix this, you're in the liquor selling business! CELEBRATE YOUR BIRTHDAY HERE!! I did my birthday at Viva La Heights and hands down the best birthday experience here. I had my parents, cousins, their spouses and friends come out to celebrate my birthday and had an amazing time. The managers were very professional on ensuring there was sufficient food, drinks and staffing available to attend to my family. The decorations were phenomenal and the experience was more than I could have ever imagined! Lots of love to the team and everyone who helped along the way. This place is horrible with disgusting rude manager who treats people with extreme disrespect. The security guards are rude as hell as well. I been once n never again step foot there as my friends n family members who have gone say the same thing.
