Bubble tea is definitely watered down and tastes like they got it from a garden hose. Almost tastes like I’m drinking something expired, and I couldn’t tell if it was the boba or the milk. The first time I came here, I had thought the weird taste was because I forgot to ask for dairy-free milk, but I got lactaid this time and it still tastes the same. Lactaid is typically pretty creamy too, so the consistency of the tea doesn’t match. Water was definitely added. Also, the amount of boba you get is less than many other boba tea spots I’ve been to. I gave this place another chance, but ended up throwing out my drink both times. I’m not wasting my money here again.

My school mate had an event and they bought the tea from here. To my surprise, its actually quite good. Especially the fruit tea. I love how they are not over sweetened and just right. I definitely will visit here again if I have a chance.

My favorite bubble tea place. Love Better Life tea with Pop Yogurt jelly. Get some of onigiri rice balls they are so good! Friendly atmosphere at the store. Great addition to the neighborhood! :) Definitely a place to go!

Didn’t want to leave a bad review because I didn’t have a chance to order but I had such a disappointing encounter with the staff. Came here on a late afternoon break and I figured I’d have time to order really fast and make it back to work. Walked in and the only employee spent the entire time working on an order. A couple minutes passed with me waiting awkwardly for her to acknowledge me and her not noticing (ignoring?) my attempts to get her attention. When I noticed my break winding down, i regrettably had to leave. Two other customers had walked in about the same time and waited on line for a bit before leaving. I’m a big fan of the yaya franchise and I totally understand the stress of working at a high paced environment but there was only one person waiting for her order. Please hire more staff to better accommodate the volume of guests...

Yaya is the best I've seen so far. I've been ordering from them for so long. And their prices and portions are great. As well, as their spectacular taste. Unfortunately, this review does not go towards their business. But mainly towards their way of dealing with customer service. I spoke with a cashier I believe named " Rio". And was a bit rude with dealing with orders. Made me feel disappointed. There was an issue with my order. And made it clear that I was a liar. When I clearly had my receipt to verify. When I called Ritual for a refund, they were able to locate the missing Item. I can clearly see, who was indeed the liar. Please focus more on the care and service. And hopefully this was a...
