Tutto Mia Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in New York

Not the restaurant I intended to go to today but by far one of the best lunch detours I've had. The Diner across the street was my primary destination but the place was packed to the gills and I was in NO MOOD to wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes plus for a table to open and even more minutes to even order food so I had to change plans and this spot was the first place I saw as an alternative.

Personally I wouldn't travel out of my way just for pizza but this is one of the best pizzerias I've ever been too. The spot wasn't crowded, the guy taking orders is chill and very likable, top notch service and I always give credit to excellent service and the variation of food was diverse. The pizza slices are a little bigger than what you'd normally see so of course you'll be paying a bit more for your slice but it's worth it. I had a chicken and marinara slice as well as a pepperoni roll with a bottle of 7up and it hit the spot.

I've had a very pleasant lunch experience here and I would certainly recommend this spot. Even in NYC where pizza places are run of the mill, Tutto Mia definitely stands...

I ordered the seafood main dish and a salad when I was visiting family in New York. I used the Slice app. I made a special request to NOT have pasta with my order which they ignored. But the real issue was the quality of the food. The salad was brown, the olive were so old they were like a paste, and the mussels were bad (not food poisoning bad but not great tasting), the calamari was passable but super tough. The shrimp was fine. The restaurant refunded me for the salad but that was the cheapest part of the meal and it was all pretty much inedible. Save your money and order from someplace else. And check your meal before you accept the delivery. If I had looked at and seen the pasta I would have sent it back and saves...

We ordered two orders for my job, and only one was delivered. I understand these things happen when using a delivery service. But when I called to try to sort it out. The man on the other line was extremely disrespectful, yelling at me to the point I had to repeatedly tell him to stop yelling and calm down. Even after sending him photos of proof of both of the orders that were already paid for, he just said "I don't know what to tell you, we delivered it." I had to explain over and over and over that only one order was delivered. I can't speak to the quality of the food, because I never got the second order, and my students ended up getting a delayed dinner 2 hours later than they should have because we had to order from...
