Yossi's Pizza — Restaurant in New York

Just had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. Came in to Order 2 slices of pizza around 9pm. As the Spanish guy was heating it up, my friend asked to pay. The guy at the register ( skinny guy wearing a hat with beard who does not appear to be Latino/ Hispanic) didn’t say one word to us as we asked to pay. He completely ignored us and continued to take an order nonchalantly on the phone even though we asked him to pay two times. The Worker had already told him the price but he refused to check us out. After a while of us being ignored, I was just shocked. I decided to leave because I refuse to support a business with such a rude staff that made us feel completely unwanted. As we left, the guy still did not look up....

The food was delicious! The same great taste as the one in Manhattan. I believe its the BEST KOSHER PIZZA!!! and GREAT customer service!!! Here is what happened... I ordered my food for delivery and due to human error the delivery went to a totally different address, which is totally understandable. I was AMAZED that they went ahead and made me a fresh order and gave me the original order to compensate for the inconvenience!!! I am very thankful and really appreciated the gesture. Saturday night pizza may not be fresh, be careful! Was surprised I got handed a pie within 3 minutes of walking in the door 45 minutes after shabbos was over. The pie was not hot and upon taking home and tasting my deepest fear came to fruition. The pie was old. Probably made on Friday and heated on top of the oven. I ate it anyway because at $28.96 my hard earned money was not going to waste. I considered going back for a fresh pie but it would have been breakfast time with the Brooklyn traffic. I left 2 stars because the service was better than anything ever...
