I recently visited this place and bought some Chocolate Rugelach, only to be disappointed. It wasn’t really a rugelach, and it was dry—a complete waste of money and pastry. Later, I purchased two pretzels, but they were wet and unappetizing. Fortunately, I noticed this while still on the premises and requested a return/refund, which took them five minutes to process as they had to find someone authorized to handle it. In conclusion, I would avoid this place. Both the food quality and service are subpar. Response to the owner comment about reaching out to their support "to make it right": An email was sent to their support but there was no response (been weeks now). I assume they are writing those kind of comments to make it look like they care, but in reality they don't.

I carefully read the comments and decided to check it for myself. I wasn’t disappointed. My bagel was fresh, toasted, plenty of cream cheese and tiny bits of salmon. Note that there is a difference between Lox Cream Cheese (with bits of salmon) and Bagel Lox which has smoked salmon layers in it. I wanted the first one and it was wonderful. Very pleased. It was the best bagel I’ve ever had, but it was very decent for airport food! I am glad the comments didn’t scare me away

Pretty efficient at this coffee and bakery. Had a rush of people that they turned around pretty quickly, and with a smile. They use espresso, not drip (fancy) and was able to get an extra shot in my iced americano. Chocolate chip cookie is pre packaged but stil chewy and fresh. Black and white cookie didnt handle the packaging well with the icing. All appeared to have the same issue. Lots of pilots/attendants were stopping here, for whatever thats worth.

The woman who said she was the manager here today (Mon Feb 21st at 1:15pm) shouldn’t be managing any outlet (she is pictured below). We ordered a bagel with salmon and after waiting 15 minutes at the pickup counter we were then told they were out of salmon. Not sure why they didn’t inform us of this when we ordered, but we were then told by an airport worker they are always out of a lot of things and are mismanaged. We said we just wanted the bagels with cream cheese then and to refund the difference. The refund was clearly a burden on this manager and we didn’t realize it but she fully refunded one bagel and several minutes later when we finally got our bag of food, there was only one bagel in. Though we saw the other was made. The manager told the guy making the food to only give us one of the bagels because we wanted a refund. We clearly said just refund the difference but now she was super sarcastic about it and refused to give us the other bagel until we paid, which we thought we had already done twice. No apologies from her, just rude behavior. She clearly didn’t want to be there. Now we were running late from our flight. Airport bagels shouldn’t take 20 minutes and you certainly shouldn’t encounter such rude service anywhere. There is a Mexican place across the way where the employees are smiling, helpful and quick. Go there and skip this place at all costs. Also I get there is a worker shortage and supply chain issues, but then the restaurant needs to manage that. If they don’t have certain items make that clear. Put up a sign or at least tell the customer when they order it. At an airport you can’t afford to wait so long for an order, much less an order that is not even available in the...

I ordered the croissant egg sandwich and the egg came fried. I requested it scrambled and it was undercooked. When I took it back and complained that it was undercooked. The staff was disrespectful and rude and mocked me saying it is cooked. She doesn't know what she's talking about. I am a professional chef. I know what an egg looks like cooked. The way they were cooking their eggs were rubbery and greasy. It took them calling over three different people to continue to inspect this egg for them to debate whether it was cooked or not. They finally remade it and it was equally as greasy and after a few bites inedible. I would not recommend this location. There's many other options at LaGuardia. Right next door. There's a healthy smoothie place that had breakfast sandwiches without a line. Go there. This place had horrible food and even more service. The very condescending snotty staff working there should be trained or fired. I think this bakery is family. Business atmosphere would be mortified to see how staff is behaving towards their customers. Not worth the overpriced...

BAD SERVICE! RUDE STAFF!

Asked for 2 vanilla lattes. Lady puts drinks on counter & says 2 lattes. I say, with vanilla? To which she dismissed me with a waive & says yes.

My husband & I taste the drinks, no vanilla just a latte.

So, easy fix right? Not even. I ask the lady if she could please add vanilla to which turns into her getting rude & yelling "stir it" "she put it in there!". I literally have to argue with her to get convince her that the drinks don't have syrup. At this point, I'm just thinking l, this is not happening. After, much debating, she aggressively pushed a condiment container with vanilla syrup across the counter. I ask for a stirrer & she completely ignores me.

Another guest just shook her head & said, I guess you have to make your own drink.

Unbelievably bad service. So disappointing to get such bad service & be screamed at over a vanilla latte?!? Just add the...
