If there's an "0" star, i would like to give the "ZERO", not 1.

The lady, name JADE, just did a very very very very very impolite action in the front of my kids. She did throw the happy meal toy back to the box with her all madness in the front of my kids.

We came to buy a meal that is about $18. After taking the meal, missing a coke on my order, i came to ask for the drink and also i would like to buy a toy for my daughter at that time. Note: there is no line after me. No busy at all.

I asked the lady Jade if i can get a girl toy, she took the toy inside the bag, and it's a boy toy, i asked her again if she can check for me if there's a toy for girl. Instead of saying me to wait, she threw the toy back to the box and made a very mad face, also she did grumbled something before going to the back. When she came back, she slapped down some toys on the table and said "that's the only one we have".

I asked her for her name and her ID Mc Donald number , but she only gave me the name, she declined to give the ID number. I told her that she shouldn't threw the toy like that in the front of my daughter, my daughter will learn and copy that at home. Without an apology, she said "OKKKK". Then left back inside.

I am going to call Mc Donald to let them know about this location and this lade Jade. They should train the employees better. If you have playground, you should be happy because kids are here and they see. Kids are like monkeys. Monkey see Monkey do.

My order: 382, i came here today - Sunday 04/13/17 at 17:21. The store address is 3000 Newark Blvd, 94560, strore #12056. And the lady is JADE. Short hair, wearing Black Tee.

You should check your camera to see her impolite action. You need a private meeting for a better training your employees if you want to keep your customers...

This was one of the rare occasions where I experienced an extremely poor service at McDonald’s. I placed my order using the self-service kiosk. The ordering process itself was smooth, but after completing the payment, the machine failed to print my receipt. I pressed the “Help” button and waited for several minutes, yet no staff came to assist. I then approached the counter and informed a staff member of the issue. I was told to wait, and that someone would come to resolve the problem with the kiosk. After waiting for approximately seven more minutes, I received my meal—but still did not receive my receipt. I needed the receipt for reimbursement purposes, so I raised the issue again with the same staff member. He attempted to print the receipt from the POS system but was unsuccessful. He repeatedly apologized, but no concrete action was taken to resolve the issue until another colleague was called over, who finally managed to resolve the problem. There are several serious issues here: The malfunctioning kiosk was not addressed in a timely manner. Apologies alone do not resolve problems—especially when no effective action is taken to...

TLDR: AVOID THIS PLACE -Lazy employees. -Always purposely avoiding the piling line of customers that have problems with their orders. -Refuse to acknowledge anyone that doesn’t address them in Spanish, and even then, have an attitude about doing their job. -Management is a joke, there is none. -Absolutely coasting off the fact they are McDonald’s and us Americans will go anyways. I’m in the area and so have been here often, put up with it for a while, but today was the last straw (on this location at least). They stole my money - $5 - but still. They only gave me a fountain drink cup after they “forgot” my large smoothie with my order and then “forgot” for another 20 min and just ignored me asking about it while they gave customer after customer wrong orders.

(they had about 2 cars in the drive thru and 2 inside customers when I arrived - to give an idea of the situation. Maybe peaked at 4-5 waiting for wrong orders by the time I left, and 1 that came from the line outside to fix an order of FIVE burgers).

This place will mess your order up - if you get it - and it will be on the lower tier of McDonald’s when all...
