I pulled up as the second person in line and waited for nearly 15 minutes (based upon song lengths). The line only moved forward once, and roughly 10 minutes were spent waiting after I was told to "Please hold". After that time I pulled away, just as 5 cars behind me had done prior,. This location is missing out on a ton of business and I'm surprised that there's still demand. The hold time at the drive thru indicates a staffing problem, but there are really only two possible scenarios. One is that they're so understaffed that they don't have anyone to run the drive thru. The second is that they're intentionally waiting to take orders to keep metrics for pass through times at the drive thru under company goals. The latter indicates a systemic problem within the company, and the problem will never get better until there's a true representation of the time it takes to serve their customers. In the same vein, the Newnan Crossing Bypass location took over 20 minutes the last time I was in line there to serve our food. This is why we typically prefer to use other chains. It's a shame because I used this location often in the past. When I was younger it was while I was getting something at Circuit City, and now, occasionally, while I'm coming home from Home Depot. Read moreI love Wendy's and their food and all that good stuff and thank God Newnan has three Wendy's because this one right here is garbage worst damn service every single time I've been coming to this area into this Wendy's unfortunately for many years so I have a track record with them actually they have the track record and it's garbage service sucks the food's never right not a single smile in the place cuz everybody's miserable I'd be miserable too though if I was a part of a team that suck that bad you know the normal spill I would rate it lower but I'm not allowed so it gets one star go ahead and minus 50 the guy behind the counter which is partially handicapped worked harder than everybody in there so for whatever it's worth good job to you sir you get the one star the rest of y'all get Negative horrible experience every time so now I'm going to drive the extra miles to go eat at a real Wendy's where they can handle more than two customers I was in there inside for 30 minutes for a small chili and a small fry so I appreciate you wasting my whole lunch break now maybe I can eat it while I run inside to get back to work have a good day this...
Read moreWe pulled up at 9:40 to order before they closed at 10pm. There has just been two cars in the drive thru when I pulled in. The young woman was extremely rude when I pulled to the window. Doing the cut throat sign that they’re closed and having the ugliest tone and look on her face. After I sat here to do my review of this encounter, she then tried to speak to me through the glass. She asked me to move my car because I was messing up her drive thru time (being super rude). I informed her I was looking for somewhere else to order since I am new to the area. She said please move forward then. I said if you are closed, then why does it matter that your drive they time is still going? When it states you close at 10pm. She responded that they closed at 9:30 due to inspection in the morning. If she had opened the window and said I’m sorry but we have closed early due to an inspection in the morning and getting ready for it. I would have said ok, thank you and have a good night.
