I recently stopped by Auntie Anne’s in Lincolnwood Mall while shopping, and as always, this location exceeded my expectations! I decided to grab some cinnamon nuggets, and let me tell you—they were absolutely perfect. Fresh, warm, soft, and coated in just the right amount of cinnamon and sugar, they literally melted in my mouth. Every time I visit, their pretzels and snacks are fresh out of the oven, and the consistency is amazing.
What made my visit even better was the outstanding customer service from Larry, the new general manager. The moment I walked up, he greeted me with the warmest smile, full of positive energy. His enthusiasm and passion for what he does truly shine through. He made me feel welcomed and appreciated as a customer, taking the time to ensure my order was perfect and even checking in to see if I was enjoying my snack. His kindness and professionalism create such a great atmosphere for both customers and employees.
I want to take a moment to personally congratulate Larry on his promotion to general manager! I remember when he was just a shift manager, and seeing his growth and dedication pay off is truly inspiring. It’s clear that he leads by example, and his hard work is reflected in the amazing service at this location.
If you’re ever in Lincolnwood Mall and need a quick, delicious snack, Auntie Anne’s is the place to go! The food is always fresh, and with a team led by someone as great as Larry, you’re guaranteed a fantastic experience. I highly recommend...
Read moreThe almond pretzel and mini hotdogs were great, but um concerned as to why the girls aren't wearing hairnets or hats at least when making pretzels. Perhaps the manager ain't there and they thought they can get away with it. All I know is that hair nets create protection from food contamination and I should know since i work in a food industry and should be taken seriously. The girl with the straight was ok, but seemed annoyed to be there on a Saturday! Not so much og a vibe I say. If you want to visit here for subpar service, then go ahead. Otherwise, there are other auntie annes to visit like the one...
Read moreAs soon I walked up to the counter the girl rolled her eyes as if she was bothered by me interupting her from using her phone. I ordered a sweet tea and it was disgusting. I hadn’t left yet so I told the girl the sweet tea seemed rotten. It was so gooy, hot, and had some white stuff floating which looked and smelled like rotten milk chunks. The girl said that how it was and I told her there is no way they can be selling that meant to be that way. When I walked away she smelled it and reacted to the bad odor and dumped the drink. I don’t recommend this place for the service and...
