I come to this Burger King often as my autistic son, who is a picky eater, loves their spicy chicken sandwich plain with nothing on it, just plain sandwich only I go there all the time through the drive thru and the staff knows me because my son orders the same. I was there yesterday, Tuesday, and they messed up the sandwich ny putting lettuce and everything on it. So I went back in line to their drive thru and asked them to make it plain spicy sandwich with nothing on it. I waited and they gave me another sandwich again with tomato on it. This was the second time and I gave it back saying that I wanted it plain. The manager came and told me that he took the order and I didn't say that I wanted it plain and said that I ordered a crispy spicy sandwich. I didn't even say crispy anywhere at all. He was rude and I gave the sandwich back that I paid for and left for a McDonalds near by. I don't want a refund. But it was plain wrong and customer is always right. But not to this manager. Read moreLiterraly every single time I've been through the drive through, they either give me a price at the window of something more than what I ordered for, or they dont give me back the correct change. For example, went and ordered a single sandwich the other day, payed with a $20, got only $5 back. When I ask about it, the worker hands me the rest of my money without opening the register, conveniently taken out already. Looks to me that someone is either very unorganized, or trying to pocket some extra cash and hope the customer doesn't notice. I would underatand this as being a mistake just once or even twice, but something like this happens every time I've been here. Also, have waited about 4 minutes before someone on the speaker speaks up, and additional 10 minutes waiting by the window for my food. Waking up this morning with a crave of a jr wooper. My husband and i stopped at Burger king near our home for a crave and as we got a bite of the burger we felt the buns in our mouth hard and not fresh, we brought it up to the manager's attention and her reply was, we keep our buns in the bag with bags closed and they are not stail. Didnt even offer to get buns from a new batch/bag or even say sorry. Finally we gave the burgers back and sadly walked out without fullfilling our cravings for our favorite part of the sunday enjoying our deleciouse whopper. Its also dissapointing the fact that she didnt even take the time to think or investigate if the bun was realy stale or not.
