As one that regularly visits Little Caesars my visits to this location are to urge my clients to take advantage of its low costing selections. I would rather them take advantage of its deals versus eating at select burger restaurants in the area because its low costing options are cheaper and more filling than eating at select burger restaurants in the area.
In my honest opinion Little Caesars seems so average compared to other pizza locations, but you honestly cannot beat its low costing features when you are trying to eat on a budget. With its franchise being the third-largest pizza chain in the United States, behind Pizza Hut and Domino's Pizza they must be doing something right considering it has been around for so many decades.
One thing I noticed about Little Caesars is that it prides itself on having the "Extra most bestest = Extra toppings, most cheese & the nation's best price" which I definitely agree because that is why I visit. They also pride themselves on the motto "Hot-N-Ready" which pertains mostly to select items on their menu. I have to say that Little Caesars is the only pizza place where I can order a simple pizza and get out without a long wait if its not already made.
With its prices and experiences that I have had, I can never see myself not visiting Little Caesars because everything that hinders me from visiting other pizza locations is what Little Caesars excels at. If your only complaint is about the service, then it is obvious that you are ordering during a time when others are...
Read moreThis place is NEVER has pizza ready. 4 out of the 7 times I've been here there have been issues. Either the pizza is not ready, or the credit card machine is not working and I have to leave to get cash.
The staff working never seems like there is a manager on site. The team just talks in the back while no customer service is being given. There are lines of people just waiting. Some have ordered and some haven't.
Only ONCE was I ever offered something for the long and inconvenient waits. When your company promotes Hot and Ready items, then make sure they are at the bare minimum ready.
Today I arrived to be told the credit card machine was not working. I ordered a classic before I left to go grab cash as I live a 2 minute away. I came back to pay and still nothing was ready.
Another customer came in to see if his order was ready and the two employees just argued in front of him saying that the other person was supposed to put in the order.
Both of the employees look like, and act, like they are in high school. Which nothing is wrong with that, but management needs to be there to guide the team.
Oh and while I'm waiting for food, a staffer is eating pizza in the back.
And for the long wait, this was the pizza I got.
Waiting to hear back from management. Haven't seen them respond to one...
Read moreThis was my first time, in a long time, trying little ceasers again. What a mistake. The app is awful but, in terms of restaurant experience, here's the summary.
Purchased pizza bites through the app 30 minutes in advance. Arrive at location on time and its crowded. Customers are just standing around and no one from staff bothers to greet you or find out why youre there. Stood at counter for 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged and it never occurred - pizza guy was 6 feet away and never bothered to turn around. Decided to sit down and wait until pizza guy gets to regiister and finally realize through the app my order isn't ready. I decide I'll wait just like everyone else. Its about 10 mins past my order being scheduled. 10 more minutes go by of me just sitting there. Nothing. Finally decide to leave and 5 minutes later I finally get notification its ready. 2 pizza bites, 25 minutes late, and the worst part is there is no support available on the app. No one to email or call for a refund. Restaurant doesn't answer phones. If you decide to go here lower your expectations to...
