I have been coming to this location for over 10 years.The good think about coming to this store is all of the beautiful, fun, merchandise they have. THE BAD THING IS today I asked the sales associate Earmer to wrap my glass items with paper, she had no intentions of doing this as she took them out of the bag upon my request. She had an unsettling Smirk on her face as she was shaking her head. Why would one put glass items in a bag without wrapping them, and they were dishes. She never greets me as a customer, never asks if I found everything alright. Takes my money and NEVER EVER says, Thank you! She appears to be very disgruntled,. I will avoid her from now on. Earmer, maybe it's time for you to retire, because I feel as a customer, you don't appreciate my business and you have ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I decided to upgrade my kitchen. So I need new kitchen tools and equipment. I came here this morning and there were a lot of cars in the parking lot. Gladly there are some vacant spaces to park my car.

When I entered I took one cart and went to the kitchen utensils. I grab pork and spoon, knife, spatula, whisk, and many more. I also bought a glass of wine, a cup and plates. After that I went to the kitchen and purchased cooking tools. I also bought a rice cooker since I don't know how to cook rice on a stove. Seriously? I'm tired of walking in this store with so much chaos. This trip they're remodeling during the day with customers trying to shop. It was ridiculous. We couldn't get down most isles and the noise was deafening. And if that wasn't enough. It was nice hearing the workers complain about us saying "all this for a $24 dollar dish?" As a shopper the last thing I wanted to hear was a man telling me the price I pay for anything, let alone myself in your store. Suggestion? Remodel at night when the store is closed. Makes for...
